Joe was so helpful and patient with me. He explained each step of the process and got me a great loan. He really listened to what I wanted and he showed me all the options available. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family.
Joe is great to work with. Whenever we had questions he would give us an answer and take the time to explain it to us. We have used him before when we refinanced our previous house and have recommended him to others so there was no question as to who we would use when we were ready to buy again.
Kathleen was recommend to me by my Realtor and boy did I luck out. I am a very detailed oriented pain in the butt. He was extremely helpful and always answered all our questions in a timely manner and explained everything step by step in terms we understood. He provided all of our options on the financing of all the properties we looked at telling us what our best routes were.
I've never been so impressed as I was with the quality of service I received from Joe. He kept in touch with me during the whole process through texting and emails, and would always take the time to explain things to me (in detail) when I would ask questions.
