Joe made the home process very smooth. He kept us informed about everything, the easy parts and potential problems, without making us feel overwhelmed. He also has contacts in other aspects of the home buying process, such as the realtor he recommended for us. I couldn't have asked for a better home buying team.
He stayed with me the whole time guiding me through the process. We gave me step-by-step details of the process and never got tired of my questions. He was great.
We bought our first home with Joe's help after getting his name from our real estate agent. I'm so glad we decided to take her advice and go with him! I think we must have been some of the most nervous buyers (at least from my standpoint) because I was continually asking him questions and he was always very prompt, and thorough answering whatever question I posed to him day or night. Joe Salem was very thorough and worked late and weekend hours help us get prequalified on properties I bid on. We worked togehter from August 2016-February 2017 with different types of financing proposals, 203K,convential,and FHA.

Joe was fantastic! We approached him late in the buying process after a more traditional lender was trying to put us into a mortgage that wasn't very favorable to us. He stepped in and within days we had the mortgage we needed! He was with us through all the questions, paperwork and closing!
