I just wanted to commend Dave P****** as my Loan Officer during my refinancing of my home. He provided a wealth knowledge to my questions as the process was underway. Dave was attentive and always available throughout the process. Information that I needed to provide to him was clearly stated with instructions and I did not resubmit anything twice. Signing of documents was easy and fast. I would recommend Dave P****** to anyone and I would definitely use him again in the future.

Hello to everyone reading this review. I just want to let you know that my experience with RMS has been the best. I would not, nor ever go, any other place then RMS. The very nice young lady that was helping us out was Katheen D. Before my wife and I were looking for a house to buy wanted to find out what our price range was. We have a long history with RMS. My wife and I purchased our 'starter home' in 1996 with the assistance of Kathleen D******. Some years later, we went with RMS, and Kathleen, to refinance to a 15 year mortgage and have subsequently paid off that home. I am very happy with Robin P*****. She helped me consolidate two mortgages into one and pay off some credit cards with a monthly payment that was less than my two mortgage payments together. She was able to get me off the fence, to do the re-fi and do it in less than 30 days. She was easy to work with. She answered all my questions about all the forms. And was in the office to get my phone calls of questions. Thank you Robin.

I don't know when Robin P. of RMS sleeps. She was so professional, on time, and quick to respond to every call, text and email. She made the process seem simple and easy. I would definitely recommend anyone to work with her in the future! My wife and I are grateful that she was the one who initially picked up the phone when we called in.

I had a somewhat challenging refinance, but both Vittorio & Barry were willing to work with us and get another appraisal in order to get the deal done.
