I cannot thank Rich and his Team enough for putting me in the new/modified FHA loan. I am so impressed with Rich's professionalism and expertise in mortgage brokering. Joe is great to work with. Whenever we had questions he would give us an answer and take the time to explain it to us. We have used him before when we refinanced our previous house and have recommended him to others so there was no question as to who we would use when we were ready to buy again.
