Joe Salem was very thorough and worked late and weekend hours help us get prequalified on properties I bid on. We worked togehter from August 2016-February 2017 with different types of financing proposals, 203K,convential,and FHA.
Joe was an amazing resource for the home buying experience. This was my first house he made everything so simple and easy. I meet with him before I even started looking at house and he answered all my questions and concerns! He is extremely friendly and professionally and he was willing to work with my crazy schedule! I thank him for all his hard working in helping me secure a home loan and would and have recommended him to others!!
Joe was fantastic! We approached him late in the buying process after a more traditional lender was trying to put us into a mortgage that wasn't very favorable to us. He stepped in and within days we had the mortgage we needed! He was with us through all the questions, paperwork and closing! Honestly, he really was the best - we couldn't have closed without his help!
Joe's expertise, advice and support made what at first appeared to me to be a daunting process very straightforward and easy. Joe stayed in touch with me every step of the way and was always available to answer questions. I highly recommend working with Joe for any home financing activity.

I cannot thank Rich and his Team enough for putting me in the new/modified FHA loan. I am so impressed with Rich's professionalism and expertise in mortgage brokering.
