Joe was the only reason we were able to buy our dream home. After going through the per-approval process with a local lender here in Atlanta GA we were blindsided after making a offer and learning that we were no longer approved. Although we gave accurate information he failed to acknowledge my wife receives 1099's and her salary could not be counted.
