RMS saved me from a horrific refinance with another company. I worked with Robin P***** and she was simply wonderful! She was professional and followed up with everything. I can't say enough how much I loved working with this company. I received a great rate and everything ran smoothly all the way to the closing. This was not an easy refinance because of an issue with another company and RMS did all the leg work to correct the issue.
Robin P***** is amazing! She was very helpful, extremely patient as I had a few questions as this was my first time refinancing. She definately made it easy for us and will go to her again if we can in the future. 5 stars to her!
