Robin was the Loan Officer that was assigned to me to assist me in getting a FHA Streamline Refinance. When it comes to amazing customer service, Robin is it. Robin P***** was an amazing individual. When comparing other companies Robin went out her way to make sure that other companies weren't giving me false information. Robin was knowledgable and very prompt in her replies. She gave me the best rate possible! She explained every step of the refinance process as it occurred. I would recommend Robin to everyone!

We worked with Vittorio Bongiorno and he was the best. This was the second time he has done a mortgage for us and it was flawless. I would recommend working with him to my friends and family. I have purchased many homes through the year and refinanced many times. This time around with RMS, I felt like it was the best service I have ever received. Robin P***** who handled our file, was at the same time, professional, knowledgeable and personable and friendly. She was absolutely incredible at returning emails, txts, or calls. Vittorio could not have made for an easier process. He communicates throughout and my loan closed in about 3 weeks time. I would highly recommend, regardless of location as I was outside the state of Maryland. Could not have been easier!
