Wow!!! What a great experience! I've purchased my home last year during the very beginning of pandemic and had to "bite a bullet" at the time of closing because my FHA mortgage rate jumped overnight. I'm extremely happy and impressed with Robin P***** from Residential Mortgage Solutions! She made the refinance process extremely easy and super fast, the entire process took about 3 weeks just as she planned ( which Ithought was not going to happen,especiallyafter waiting almost 4 months with another company) I'm very happy switched toResidential Mortgage Solutions.Robin isa very professional individual, trulyan amazing person, I HIghly recommend Her! I worked with Robin P***** to process a FHA streamline refinance, she was so helpful and professional. She walked me through the whole process and was always there to answer any questions that I had during the procedure. I would highly recommend if you are looking to do a refinance, know that Robin should be your first choice.

I want to say that these guys have it down! Not only did I get a phenomenal rate (compared to many other competitors), but Robin (and Barry) made our refinance so easy it was tough to believe. From initial contact to closing in about 3 weeks, there was very little effort on my side and they handled it all. Service and response thats tough to find these days. I will definitely refer you to any friends or family that need mortgage services in the future. Well done guys!
