The service department is excellent. Nick was very pleasant to deal with. The service at 30,000 mile was explained to what needed to be done. I arrived @ 10:00 am for my 10:15 am appointment and was taken right in. I was told the service to the car would be ready about 1:00pm. At 12:45 the service was complete including a free car wash. The dealership is the friendly place starting with the salesman right to the service department. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

I had an awesome experience at White Plains Hyundai with a great group of guys. I was helped out in every way by Jim and Tony. This is our 3rd Hyundai vehicle purchase. We went back to the dealership who sold us the first 2 but the gentleman who greeted us was quite rude, so we left. I researched dealerships on line and although Hyundai of White Plains is 65 miles away, we were willing to travel because of their reputation. I had a very good experience at this dealership-I had been to a local Honda & Nissan dealer and had a difficult time getting any straight answers-things were different at Hyundai of White Plains- I had a deal in no time with no surprises-the sales force is friendly and knowledgeable-in short all dealerships are not created equal.
