We had gone to several dealerships that weekend. No one was as accommodating as White Plains Hyundai. Jim even offered to pick us up at White Plains Nissan, where we were returning our previously leased Altima.When we returned our Altima, the sales person who helped us commented, "We are getting a lot of competition from them" (White Plains Hyundai). Salesman devoted time to us and had lots of patience. Car was delivered as had been agreed upon. Salesman was helpful and very pleasant to deal with.
Leased a new Hyundai Tuscon. Very easy going - no pressure, very flexible and helpful. Process was pretty smooth and we don't like being 'sold' - we prefer making our own choices on our own time and terms. They were always accommodating and it made choosing the car easy. They also went out of their way to find the color and model we wanted at another dealership.
Everything from start to to finish was made quick and easy! All employees at W.P. Hyundai were friendly and accomodating. Never felt under pressure.
I had a great experience with Hyundai of White Plains. They were very helpful to me in choosing the best possible choice for my budget, and my needs. They were courteous, and in general a pleasure to work with. Buying a car is a big moment for most of us, and as such can be a bit stressful. I had a great experience with my sales person (Inga)she was very polite and very knowledgable.She went out of her way to make the deal for me and I am thankful I had her as a salesperson.She even called me after we bought the car several days later just to see how we were doing and if we had any questions,you dont get that alot nowadays.
I was not excited about negotiating for a new car since it had been long time since I purchased one. I found the whole experience easy, clear, helpful and was given an overall feeling of disclosure of all issues. Tomas Ramos was a great salesman and I felt his honesty and real interest in my search. I was completely satisfied with my purchasing experience at this dealership. Jim is an exceptional representative of your company. He is extremely knowledgeable, explained everything perfectly and was very patient through my questioning of the use of the automobile and all accessories.
