Leased a 2012 Sonata GLS from this dealership. Jim and Tony were straight shooters and made the transaction quick and painless. Their pricing was not the best but competitive enough to seal the deal.

It was a plesure to do business with Hyundai of White Plains. Jim Pelka and Tony Finelli were very helpful in getting my 2012 Sonata in the color I requested. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and not overbearing as some of the other dealerships (not Hyundai) sales people. I had visited another dealership before going to this one, and didn't expect much. The dealership itself is small, and unimpressive both from the outside and inside. But once I started talking with the sales staff, going over which car I wanted, they couldn't have been more helpful or more willing to make a deal. There was no pressure to buy, and no obnoxious "what can I do to get you into a car today" type comments. They did a great job, and I'm very satisfied.
Jim was very informative and made the process very simple for me. I plan to send everyone I know interested in a getting a Hyundai to him.
I would absolutely recommend this dealership. My experience was better than my experiences at other car dealers. I am very happy with my new Hyundai Sonata. I hadn't purchased a new car in 10 years. I did a lot of research and test-drove a wide array of different cars. Philip was very helpful, I have a very demanding work schedule and Phil was very accommodating. We had a couple of issues with my insurer, but he was persistent and ensured I got my vehicle that day. I highly recommend Phil if you are looking for a Hyundai, he is very knowledgeable of their products and has a great personality.
My Dad and I took a test drive in a new Santa Fe with Phil on June 19th. Phil had a great trip planned for us which included both city and highway driving. Phil knows Hyundais inside and out. Very professional, not high pressure or "scary" as many auto sales situations have become. I paid a price in the range of what the market bears, based on my research, and they went out of their way to make it easy without pushing too hard. Hector has a good way about him, without being manipulative.
