I live in CT and asked several dealers for prices on a new Sonata. Nicole was super fast and responsive. She followed up all my questions quickly and expertly. Their prices were extremely good. Tomas showed my wife (who is handicapped) and me several cars, rearranging his schedule to take a lot of time with us, ss my wife moves pretty slowly. He handled the actual sale and paperwork very efficiently despite the intense month-end crush. The best new car dealership I have dealt with in three states nation-wide.

Even though I live in CT, I traveled down to White Plains to purchase my new Elantra. Danbury Hyundai was a poor experience and didn't even give me the time of day to discussing a new vehicle. Tomas and Jeff helped me through the whole experience and I am very happy with my new car. Even when I showed up early, they got my car detailed in no time and Tomas even washed my car himself! As we all know, buying a car can be very stressful. The people that I dealt with at Hyundaiof White Plains made my buying experience as stress-free as possible. The reason why I've chosen Hyundai of White Plains, even though I live in Rockland County - 20 miles away, is because of the good online reviews that they had compared to the more local Hyundai dealerships. They did not disappoint. Everyone was friendly and professional. I was not pressured nor were there any extra charges thrown in at the end. The whole process was transparent. Very friendly service, great to work with. I had gone to several Hyundai dealers before this (Star Hyundai in Queens and JM in New Rochelle) Both were very unprofessional and refused to even give me any numbers unless I wanted to sign a contract right then and there. White Plains was very professional and was upfront with all the details and numbers. The car was delivered on time and everything was explained well. My whole expeprience with Jim Pelka (and others) at Hyundai of White Plains, was an unexpected pleasure. In the past , my dealings with other dealers always seemed to be a pressure filled with a lot of added expenses at the end. This was a completely different car purchase experience. Tony and Jim were honest about the car and price and I did not feel as if I had been taken the way I have in the past. They were helpful when I had returned for some extra items and were very pleasant to deal with. I am very naive about the features of a car and the equipment, they explained everything thoroughly and carefully and were patient with me. I truly feel if any issue arises with the car that I can go back and it will be taken care of.

I knew exaclty what kind of car I wanted, but was very concerned about where to get it. A very positive experience. Jim Pelka, my sales rep was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He came in on his day off to complete the paperwork and explain the features of the car. Sales manager Tony Finelli was professional without high pressure tactics. General manager Jeff Schwartz was also very professional.
