I have read reviews of Giuffre Hyundai and am shocked that Hyundai would allow such a dealership to hurt its reputation. I went to Hyundai of White Plains owned by the same people that own the next door Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealer. I bought a Hyundai Sonata (new 2010 that was cheap because the 2011 had come out) at an incredible price. The worst. I was leased a lemon that twice had engine failure. The first time they held the car for 4 months waiting for repair. When it was finally fixed, after I had to rent a car for $9,000.00 because they refused to loan me a courtesy car, I got it back and it was filthy. Covered in dirt and the interior was filthy. No attempt made to wipe it down so I get it back in decent condition. I am incredibly frustrated with this dealership. I bought a 2021 CPO Santa Fe from them in December, and within 2-3 weeks I had all sorts of lights coming on the dashboard and issues with the car starting. I brought it in to the service center and after a day or two they said they didn’t know what the issue was, they just “unplugged and plugged everything” back in again. This is The Worst Dealer! They are mal informed! I called to make 1 appointment for my car a recalled on my sonata a software update.. the lady told me that had no recall for my sonata 2019 even I was telling her that I got a letter from Hyundai. I called Stamford Hyundai immediately they made the appointment for me! On top Harstdale NY Hyundai they don’t ever returns your call. I rather drive from White Plsins NY to Stamford CT than go to Harstdale Hyundai.

Absolutely the worst dealership. The service department is rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. They never seem to know what they are doing.. they will give you the run around and lie to your face and act like you are stupid. They absolutely refuse to give loaner cars but also have my car in the shop sitting there for months? Why am I paying all this money for a car to sit at the dealership?!
My family and I drove nearly 2 hours after speaking with Mia who confirmed availability of the vehicle we had seen online. She was aware of the distance we were traveling to purchase the car and assured us the keys were on her desk. However when we arrived we were informed by a salesman that the vehicle was sold a day prior. We were lied to just to get us in the door and try and sell us a more expensive car. Zero Stars for sure This is the worst dealership I have ever been to, service is horrible and they are all liars. I put down a deposit and it took me over 14 days to get it back. when I called to inquiry about a refund, the manager told me I couldn't get my deposit back. what nerves. Word of advise! go anywhere else but here. they are the worst I have ever been to. Thank GOD I got a better deal at Koppel Hyundai in Queens, that I do recommend. from a Frustrated consumer !!!
I'm glad I finance my car. The sales guy was amazing. However service I rate them a 1 !!! My car only had 7,000 miles and was leaking water back into my car. They told me it wasn't covered and charged me 90.00. They said oh it might have been dust or a spider that clogged the hose. I only had 7000 miles it was 9 months old. So I really really dislike 👎 the service dept. I will never buy a car from them.
I had a very bad experience with this dealer. I don't normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so. I came in for a test drive, spoke to the salesperson about the options I wanted. I did not need to negotiate on a trade in. I was ready to buy. I sat down after the test drive with my details. The salesperson looked at me and actually quoted me $6000 over sticker price.
