They were absolutely great! From my salesman Jim to the sales manager Tony to the finance guy Rich, they did everything promised and I am thrilled with my new car. As a AVP Customer Service professional and very tough critic my hat is off. 5 stars!!!

I was especially appreciative that Phil Piccard was appropriately friendly, yet NOT annoyingly aggresive. It was quite refreshing, and, in fact made me feel comfortable after visiting the dealership, and then returning in order to purchase a vehicle. Phil explained all of my options and again, It was such a refreshingly unpressured experience.

I was looking at purchasing a car from another Hyundai dealer, but after going on a test drive with Hector, my wife and I decided to buy from Hyundai of White Plains. Hector Garced was such a nice, down to earth individual that buying a car from him seemed like the right thing to do. He didn't pressure us and even engaged in conversation outside of car sales.

I've had service done multiple times at this location with my 2007 Elantra, so when I decided to shop a 2011, I went there first. Very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Jonathan and the sales manager Chris worked with me to arrive at a trade-in price, down payment and monthly payment in the range I was looking for. Phil worked quickly/ effectively with my insurance and DMV paperwork and explained all the features of the new car to me in detail. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. This is the way it should be. No hassles. No pressure. Everyone friendly and accommodating. They were happy to let me test drive several models even though they were busy. Sales person picked me up at the local train station when it was time to pickup the car. A 10 out of 10 experience.

Have 2 Hyundais, and have found most if not all dealers in area have closed; this service is excellent. They are in constant contact re: work being done, cost, reasons, etc. Very knowledgable. A pleasure to deal with. Will use again. Had to use roadside assistance twice including towing - no problem.

Salesman was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable. He provided answers to all my questions. He was very pleasant and did not try to pressure me. Everything went very smoothly at closing, no last second surprises. Pricing was very competitive on the new car purchase. The offer on my trade-in was too low initially but eventually they got to a number that was acceptable to me. I would recommend a friend.

This was my first time buying a Hyundai and I couldn't be happier. I read positive reviews on this site about Hyundai of White Plains and decided to give them a try. They exceeded my best expectations of a new car buying experience. No experience with service as yet, but the sales experience was exceptional. The dealership is very down to earth, with real people providing real answers, and not once did anyone say, "I'll have to talk to my sales manager." I had previously shopped the car I was looking for and I knew that the price I was quoted was fair.
