i had to transfer to this horrible office because i was trying to improve myself. michele anderson refused to re-up my prescriptions and when i called begging for help they ignored me. they left me to suffer alone and demanded that i go to the doctor i transferred from but she said i cant get help from her if i do!! she made me leave my old doctor and made me go through withdrawals. these are mental health medications and apparently she doesn't prescribe meds. this place has been nothing but trouble. the people that work her... read more

I wouldn't recommend this dr office to anyone. They need loads of improvement especially on their appointment scheduling! So ridiculous!

Thats why I hate getting sick, the hospital takes for ever and they charge you crazy amounts of money and here even though they are not that busy they make you wate at least 1 to 2 hours and ppl that came after you they get to go first even with an appointment

I had an appointment at 10:30am today and it is now 12:10 and I'm still waiting to see a doctor which there is only one on call and a waiting room full of people waiting to be seen is not good having sick people waiting around with other sick people. I have an infection in my chest and head and trying to remain calm as I can and I'm doing a great job if you ask me but people do need to see this review and I hope it changes things like this situation in the future.

This doctors office is so unorganized and doesn't understand what an emergency is unless its on their part my 6 month old has had 3 different appointments rescheduled LAST minute! They ask to reschedule his app because their doc "had an emergency" then proceed to try and reschedule him 6 days away from his original date after just telling them my son needs to be seen because he was just in the emergency room. UPDATE: Run from this place!! My primary care doctor. Dr. Damoun Rezai cancelled THREE appts of the 4 I made. The last time he cancelled the appt because he didn't think what I had to talk about was important. Let's also talk about the **HORRID** staff at this place. Rude and decidedly low-class. One cancelled my appt via MyChart the morning before my appt -- after I was confirmed the same day via the receptionist *and* an email! RUN FROM THIS PLACE! Worst primary I have ever had -- from doctor to staff.

I'm so over this country's medical system, I don't know how anyone but the super wealthy find it useful. I made an appointment that I had to wait 2 1/2 months for just to finally get to this much anticipated day to have the doctor NOT show up. Yet, I'm forced to have health insurance that is completely useless.

I was seen today buy some older doctor after waiting almost 2 hours for a ingrown toenail that I had removed once but when he walked in all I got was a visual assessment from like 5 ft away and I thought it being removed would be the best thing but instead all he did was prescribe antibiotics for it when I was bloody and in pain and just walked out this is by far the worst treatment by a doctor I've ever had I would've liked to leave negative stars
