A little more than a year ago I got a back injury playing softball with my family. After seeing numerous doctors, x-rays and MRI's it seemed no one was willing to help with anything besides prescription pills. 4th time I've been here and been turned away I've showed up at 5, 5:30, 6:30, and at 6 today every time to be told they're all booked up?there's only one person working the desk and 2 patients in the waiting room It's urgent care, and it closes at 8...how dumb. So I always go to the VIP urgent care on sunrise they are amazing.

i had to transfer to this horrible office because i was trying to improve myself. michele anderson refused to re-up my prescriptions and when i called begging for help they ignored me. they left me to suffer alone and demanded that i go to the doctor i transferred from but she said i cant get help from her if i do!! she made me leave my old doctor and made me go through withdrawals. these are mental health medications and apparently she doesn't prescribe meds. this place has been nothing but trouble. the people that work her... read more

I wouldn't recommend this dr office to anyone. They need loads of improvement especially on their appointment scheduling! So ridiculous!

Thats why I hate getting sick, the hospital takes for ever and they charge you crazy amounts of money and here even though they are not that busy they make you wate at least 1 to 2 hours and ppl that came after you they get to go first even with an appointment

I had an appointment at 10:30am today and it is now 12:10 and I'm still waiting to see a doctor which there is only one on call and a waiting room full of people waiting to be seen is not good having sick people waiting around with other sick people. I have an infection in my chest and head and trying to remain calm as I can and I'm doing a great job if you ask me but people do need to see this review and I hope it changes things like this situation in the future.

Very rude staff always finding ways to decline service. Declined my kid with a messed up knee because they didn't have xrays .

This doctors office is so unorganized and doesn't understand what an emergency is unless its on their part my 6 month old has had 3 different appointments rescheduled LAST minute! They ask to reschedule his app because their doc "had an emergency" then proceed to try and reschedule him 6 days away from his original date after just telling them my son needs to be seen because he was just in the emergency room. UPDATE: Run from this place!! My primary care doctor. Dr. Damoun Rezai cancelled THREE appts of the 4 I made. The last time he cancelled the appt because he didn't think what I had to talk about was important. Let's also talk about the **HORRID** staff at this place. Rude and decidedly low-class. One cancelled my appt via MyChart the morning before my appt -- after I was confirmed the same day via the receptionist *and* an email! RUN FROM THIS PLACE! Worst primary I have ever had -- from doctor to staff.
