They were not timely and lost my door for 15 weeks.
They don't get back to you. The communication is really bad. Even though I love the sunroom, I feel like I'm a low priority.
I spent $10k of my family's hard earned money and feel like an idiot because of how poor everything other than the sales visit has been.
The first crew that arrived lacked professionalism, respect for me and my home and did not like any of my opinions! Everyone else that came to my home was awesome!
I am unhappy with the product and the installation process. I was left with a screen door with a rip in it. The installation crews left a messy and dangerous work site behind. There were multiple caulk tips and even a used saws-all blade. I was highly upset.
Still waiting for door slab and have one window trim a1/2 inch smaller than the window next to it.
