Their communication and follow through were horrible. The siding installers were smoking when there is clearly a smoking bandon my property. Eduardo, the foreman, showed up on my property drunk, that Thursday. There was a language barrier. I spoke to Doug and tried to get a different crew out and he said they were the only one. Although Eduardo would be at a different job. They were always lying to us. I asked to Doug to get off of my property during the final walkthrough.
I was not impressed with the installers! The follow up was much better!
Have not installed windows yet.
Although the finished product was satisfactory, Champion was 2 months late on the agreed upon time frame to install their product. After being told we would be receiving calls on a specific date to set up a date and time for the installation, Champion never called, I had to call them. Also had to call back the installer 2 times for problems I found during my inspection of the work.
We have problems with the windows and the installation and they did not show up for the installations as scheduled.
I do love the windows, they are beautiful but the business is terrible! They don't know how to measure windows. There's an inch around the windows on all sides. It's terrible!
