One window arrived broken, installers did not have all equipment needed to finish job, outside chalking done poorly and lack of communication from anyone on when window will be in and installed. Quality of product is great, service sucks.
Their communication and follow through were horrible. The siding installers were smoking when there is clearly a smoking bandon my property. Eduardo, the foreman, showed up on my property drunk, that Thursday. There was a language barrier. I spoke to Doug and tried to get a different crew out and he said they were the only one. Although Eduardo would be at a different job. They were always lying to us. I asked to Doug to get off of my property during the final walkthrough.
I was not impressed with the installers! The follow up was much better!
Have not installed windows yet.
Although the finished product was satisfactory, Champion was 2 months late on the agreed upon time frame to install their product. After being told we would be receiving calls on a specific date to set up a date and time for the installation, Champion never called, I had to call them. Also had to call back the installer 2 times for problems I found during my inspection of the work.
