I had a horrible experience with Champion Windows of Colorado Springs. They failed the first inspection. It didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. They did not complete anything of which myself or the inspector told them to do. When the work was finished, they still didn't pass inspection. I told the inspector to just sign them off so I could be done with them and do it myself. It was horrible experience and I would not recommend them to anyone.
They still have not finished the job.
Product and installation are excellent. Customer service was very bad with regard to explanation of why it took longer than twice the promised time to deliver.
The management is not good.
Champion seemed overall very motivated by our money and very resistant to answering any questions of how to improve the quality of our sunroom doors.
