We have problems with the windows and the installation and they did not show up for the installations as scheduled.
I do love the windows, they are beautiful but the business is terrible! They don't know how to measure windows. There's an inch around the windows on all sides. It's terrible!
The doors are way too expensive.
The job was not completed correctly the first time. It took forever to have it completed. I had to contact the person in charge various times and I am also waiting on the bill of sale.
Customer service is very lacking, no follow up, no contact after sale before install, had to go to Champion store to get someone to come and repair install because no one would return my calls either to the salesman or the shop.
The windows are fantastic. Their installers are not.
