The doors are way too expensive.
The job was not completed correctly the first time. It took forever to have it completed. I had to contact the person in charge various times and I am also waiting on the bill of sale.
Customer service is very lacking, no follow up, no contact after sale before install, had to go to Champion store to get someone to come and repair install because no one would return my calls either to the salesman or the shop.
The windows are fantastic. Their installers are not.
nothing but pain from time of construction until after... 3 weeks of construction for a sunroom 12x15ft. during that time prep and planning was not even in the agenda. its like figuring out as they go... they had lay out the floor 1st and when it rain wood flooring was soak and started to expand/bul...
