It's a great place to stay when visiting UNR students. The resort fee price. The room was clean and the water pressure was fantastic.

Ho-hum Glasses instead of plastic cups, More light in bathroom. Less walking around to get from Point A to point B. Nice location, lots of food options

Pleasant The individual that checked me in for my room was disrespectful to me and my friend. He did not demonstrate professionalism for his employer. That was disappointing. The individuals working security were above and beyond helpful with giving directions. No need to explain the directions, he walked with me to where I needed to check in. Also, a different security was extremely helpful with the elevator traffic and even though it was hectic to handle, he did so with a great attitude and was genuinely kind to everyone h... read more

Soild stay Had to walk a bit to get to my room. Parking lots were a little confusing to navigate Close to university of Nevada

other then that things were good I went there for nationals bowling tournament . i didn't book it through the USBC. Mistake for sure but i asked several times to waive the resort fee. As i was not using services at all. i showed them my bowling card as well. sureley this could have been waived. room was clean and quiet .
