Rooms need update, and sleeper sofas are not useable. The pull out bed was not comfortable and was way overused or old. Location and entertainment

Very Good In the bathroom, the showerhead wasn't working; it was loose. The registration process was easy, the service at the casino was excellent, and the room was very clean.

Good Room was Good not Great. Room was Clean but looked a little outdated.

For one night it was fine, I would stay again just take some accomodations on your stay. Even though it a non-smoking it smelt like a lot of smoke, the bathroom had hairs stuck on the bathtub, the pillows were very high and firm and the sheets had stains. Location was great and the kids loved the arcade section and performances. Food court has a lot to choose from and the connection to two other hotels was great, no need to walk out on the cold too much.
