Room was not cleaned properly when we arrived. Pillow had some blood looking stains on it. Leftover eye lashes from previous guests. We had called for a room clean two days in a row with no answer. Resort fees are a joke. At least parking was free.

Room was clean enough given it was a hotel in the casino. Staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient for the people meant for casino.

We had a late check in and the staff was amazing and the directions to the room were spot on
Everything was good
All the casino was really nice. The hotel was kind of mid the view actually was decent especially at night time. It was pretty nice. The AC worked and it did keep the room temperature decent, but it was still a little bit abrasive the heat it also would be nice if more restaurants were open. I understand that it’s Reno but I kind of expected a 24 hour experience inside the casino.
