We had a late check in and the staff was amazing and the directions to the room were spot on
Everything was good
All the casino was really nice. The hotel was kind of mid the view actually was decent especially at night time. It was pretty nice. The AC worked and it did keep the room temperature decent, but it was still a little bit abrasive the heat it also would be nice if more restaurants were open. I understand that it’s Reno but I kind of expected a 24 hour experience inside the casino.

The room was super clean and nice. However extremely inconvenient to get to, you have to take a certain elevator that always has a line of people waiting. Lots of fun things to do that you can walk to in the casino and a few restaurants to grab food easily.
