I had the pleasure of working with Mario & Jessica when I tell you they are best please believe it , my process was overwhelming for me they remained so positive & patience with me . I got approved ( finally ) & they were able to get my moved in same day literally 2 hours after approved .. I can't thank them enough..

I’ve been here six years now and I’m still happy here. My apartment is great for me. My neighbors are wonderful. Maintenance and office staff are wonderful to me. Love it here!

The apartments are beautiful, and the leasing consultant Lexi is absolutely amazing, she is super helpful, and a big part of the reason why we making clairmount our new home

Very Nice community! The community grounds were very clean, and the staff was awesome, which plays a big part in moving into a new home. Kiwana Johnson was really the best agent ever!! She took the time out to take me and my partner on an apartment tour and she didn’t miss anything. She was knowledgeable, & friendly. Overall, I love everything about this place but Kiwana was really the cherry on top for me!! Cheers 💐

I went for a tour today at Clairmont at Farmgate and I absolutely love the environment! Kiwana Johnson is pleasant and just the best. She was very patient and took the time to give me the tour of the apartments. She is very knowledgeable of her job and is very encouraging.
