I’ve lived in many apartments around Raleigh, but this was by far my BEST experience. The units and surrounding area were clean, I felt safe living alone and maintenance was always timely. Despite all of these positive attribute though, the moments that really made me feel at home were my interactions with the office attendant, MARIO. I have lived here almost 8 years and I have to say that Maurice and Jessica are the best Property managers I’ve experienced. They are super sweet and sociable and have brought in different events and giveaways to get the community involved!

I had the pleasure of working with Mario & Jessica when I tell you they are best please believe it , my process was overwhelming for me they remained so positive & patience with me . I got approved ( finally ) & they were able to get my moved in same day literally 2 hours after approved .. I can't thank them enough..

I’ve been here six years now and I’m still happy here. My apartment is great for me. My neighbors are wonderful. Maintenance and office staff are wonderful to me. Love it here!
