Clairmont is an awesome place to call home. From day (1) the office staff & leasing manager showed us the model, then guided us on the web site to select a unit, to fill the application , and pay the fees. This has put our name on the unit, pending the approval. Once we’re approved, we were informed, and the professional guidance continued, we got our welcome letter that listed the steps forward. It was a breeze and we moved in. We are truly happy, and I strongly recommend Clairmont.

Kudos to the Leasing Manager and Office and maintenance staff is very attentive and courteous. " I really like my apartment home." The rent at this time is "very affordable." It so far been a safe comunnity and I plan to be here. However living on the bottom level has it disadvantages when you have tenants that live over you who use their apartment as a playground. I've been living here since the end of September 22. I just love this place: The staff is always super friendly. Kiwana was super helpful and made it easy for the move to take place. Victoria has also been helpful and so it is easy to deal with Frank, Victor, Freeman and everybody else. Another thing that I love here is the nature: seeing and hearing the birds and observing the ducks and how they communicate with each other has been amazing. Great place! Fatima

I just moved in about 3 months ago. The complex has been on top of things. The grounds are always clean. The staff is always super friendly. Move in was so easy! Kiwana, Victoria, Frank, Freeman and Victor are amazing!!!!!

I've lived here for 11 years and there have been a few staff changes with maintenance and office people throughout my time here. However, in the past year Kiwana and Freeman have remained at the community and have always been very responsive to my request. I enjoy their community events as well. Most recently the office staff did a gift wrapping event. I hate I missed it but that is just one of the great things they offer. Clairmont at Farmgate is a great place to call home. - Gordon
