Upon my move-in I had a few maintenance request that I submitted. The communication was great, and the service was speedy.
I've been living here since the end of September 22. I just love this place: The staff is always super friendly. Kiwana was super helpful and made it easy for the move to take place. Victoria has also been helpful and so it is easy to deal with Frank, Victor, Freeman and everybody else. Another thing that I love here is the nature: seeing and hearing the birds and observing the ducks and how they communicate with each other has been amazing. Great place! Fatima
I just moved in about 3 months ago. The complex has been on top of things. The grounds are always clean. The staff is always super friendly. Move in was so easy! Kiwana, Victoria, Frank, Freeman and Victor are amazing!!!!!
Kudos definitely to Frank for always providing excellent maintenance repairs. The entire maintenance staff are friendly, professional and responsive. Freeman, Frank & Victor address maintenance requests with care.
The customer service maintenance provides is unmatched. Thank you Mr. Freeman for resolving my issue extremely fast☺️
Fantastic office staff very friendly, professional and efficient. Even when there were minor needs at move-in they were helpful and ensured the issues were resolved quickly.
I've lived here for 11 years and there have been a few staff changes with maintenance and office people throughout my time here. However, in the past year Kiwana and Freeman have remained at the community and have always been very responsive to my request. I enjoy their community events as well. Most recently the office staff did a gift wrapping event. I hate I missed it but that is just one of the great things they offer. Clairmont at Farmgate is a great place to call home. - Gordon
