Moved in on March 1st. Application process was smooth and easy. The team were very flexible and patient as it was difficult for me to get back to them promptly. The lease signing and move in paperwork process was seamless. Reported a maintenance issue on Sunday, online, it was addressed and fixed by Monday lunchtime. The apartment was immaculate and clean and had brand new carpet laid ready for my move in date. So far, an amazing experience and a great team to work with.

I have enjoyed my stay and just renewed my lease. Kiwana is always willing to assist me in the office. The food trucks are really good too!!! Maintenance pressure washed my breezeway when requested and I am very impressed.

The maintenance staff are amazing! They’re very helpful and kind. I’ve never had to call them twice to come fix anything. The office staff are professional and work to ensure everything runs smoothly. The only complaint would be the eye sore container that’s sitting close to the back of the complex that is over filling with trash. I do love living here.

Very pleased with my experience overall. Just signed my 12/mo lease with Clairmont at Farmgate at an incredible deal!! Out of the 20 apartments I contacted, Clairmont had the best deal with the highest quality. Very clean and spacious!!! My leasing agent Jessica went above and beyond to make the process simple and straightforward. Highly recommend!!!
