I have lived at this place for 6 months and I had nothing but appliances issues . Community is nice the people in the office and maintenance are awesome . I love my plce but I just wish I didn’t have to call so much .

I have been living her a little over the year. The plan is to stay as long as I can afford (smile). The staff is helpful, professional and friendly. My maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. Kudos to both Freedman who is efficient and keeps the area that he is repairing neat & tidy. Kiwana, Property Manager is always polite, professional and very helpful. So far, I have had a pleasant living experience. Safe as well!

When a future resident wants to know if there apartments is ready and the girl kept repeating "LET KEEP IT PROFESSIONAL ". Was really annoying instead of her just answering the question . That's what they need to keep in their head you don't tell the resident that after you can't fulfill move in date ... otherwise she was pleasant to and very very professional!!

My fiance and I moved in about 3 months ago. Alicia and the staff are very kind and helpful. Thank you! You helped make a dream come true! This is the first place I have lived where the neighbors introduced themselves when we were moving in and everyone is very kind. I feel happy and safe. Our apartment instantly felt like home!
