Yes I did have a maintenance request and it was addressed as quickly as they possibly could and overall we like it here however we have a next door neighbor that keeps leaving trash outside their door or their balcony cause their too lazy to go to the dumpster that’s very close we keep complaining However it keeps happening we’re not interested in having bugs or rodents so they don’t enforce the rules here

Great place to live. Staff is super friendly and informative. Maintenance requests are completed quickly. FYI, gates never work but it doesn’t bother me.

I had some maintenance needing to be done. It went very smoothly and quick. The overall experience of living here has been comfortable. The downside of these apartments is the parking in many of the buildings. Its very limited.

We try to accommodate our residents the best we can, but it can be a challenge as everyone wants to park as close to the door as possible. Your comments have been passed on to the management team.
I am always pleased with the friendly and professional work of our maintenance staff. Friday was no exception. Alex went above and beyond expectations. He not only fixed the clogged garbage disposal, but he took time to do several other minor repairs that I had put off asking for.
