The maintenance staff is awesome. The maintenance man, Frank, has been very helpful. The office staff are also very nice and try to problem solve any issues that may resolve.

When a future resident wants to know if there apartments is ready and the girl kept repeating "LET KEEP IT PROFESSIONAL ". Was really annoying instead of her just answering the question . That's what they need to keep in their head you don't tell the resident that after you can't fulfill move in date ... otherwise she was pleasant to and very very professional!!

My fiance and I moved in about 3 months ago. Alicia and the staff are very kind and helpful. Thank you! You helped make a dream come true! This is the first place I have lived where the neighbors introduced themselves when we were moving in and everyone is very kind. I feel happy and safe. Our apartment instantly felt like home!

Been here close to 2 years and I’ve had no complaints with the apartment but living! From the maintenance crew to the women working hard in the leasing office thank you all for making my choice to stay here worth it.

I just want to say that the office administrator staff truly were a blessing to my success for being able to move in,I literally was trying for a year due to setbacks and ups and downs.They really went thru the fire with me and believed and did everything in their power to get me approved.I’m very thankful to live someone that the staff really cares truly wants to be help.If you want people who will help you and assist you with relocating.They did these things for me, they will do the same for you.Great people assisting peop... read more

Yes I did have a maintenance request and it was addressed as quickly as they possibly could and overall we like it here however we have a next door neighbor that keeps leaving trash outside their door or their balcony cause their too lazy to go to the dumpster that’s very close we keep complaining However it keeps happening we’re not interested in having bugs or rodents so they don’t enforce the rules here

Great place to live. Staff is super friendly and informative. Maintenance requests are completed quickly. FYI, gates never work but it doesn’t bother me.
