When I stepped in to the office the energy from the staff was wonderful. Application process online was quick efficient. Had a great special for the month so move in was easy. The large two bed room is spacious and cozy. Sounds like a dream come true. Welp that came crashing down when I was greeted by Mr. Roach 🪳 crawling on the walls. I love living at Clairmont at Farmgate. The amenities are very nice and always clean. The neighborhood is especially for a good walk in the evenings. Maintenance is generally quick to respond and Kiwana and Jessica are always friendly and very helpful.

I just moved in on 7/10 The carpet was still wet . In the master bedroom the AC system leaked under the carpet. When you stand in the area the water bubble up. The apt smell stink from the damp odor from the carpet. There is a roach infestation in the whole apt. When the lights come off they come out like crazies !!! All over the apts . So I gave these guys a deposit of $150 and then decided I no longer wanted to move into the apartments, I was told I will need to send a email canceling my request and the deposit will be mailed back to me. Today is 11/12/20 I canceled the request and sent the email on 9/14/20 and I still have not received MY money. I spoke with someone 2 weeks ago who said it would be here no later than 11/6/20, we're 6days passed that dead line and I've been extremely patient. We lived in this place for 3 years, and the first problem we had was cockroaches and an old carpet which we showed to the management on the move in week, they started treating the place, but did not help much because it is all over the units, finally when we decided to move out we where charged for damages so the cockroaches are damages we caused. and the carpet we told them from the beginning.. Any one moving in to this place be aware of this you will be surprised.
