Where do we begin? Let’s start with Latisha from the rental office, she is simply amazing and has a warm, welcoming personality. She made us feel at home from the moment we sat down. Sharon and Karen are equally as awesome. They all go above and beyond to help you with any issue you may have or even the littlest question. They always have a friendly hello for you. I submitted a maintenance request last year regarding water leaks after flushing toilet. Maintenance came out and said that there wasn’t any water damage, but they didn’t resolve the issue, however, after A few weeks, the leaking stopped. A week ago, I submitted another request regarding the same issue. Maintenance came out and left a notes saying something about pipes, however I still hear water leaking from both me and my neighbor above. When I stepped in to the office the energy from the staff was wonderful. Application process online was quick efficient. Had a great special for the month so move in was easy. The large two bed room is spacious and cozy. Sounds like a dream come true. Welp that came crashing down when I was greeted by Mr. Roach 🪳 crawling on the walls. I advised maintenance and nothing was done about it at all. They could have left roach traps or something. They need to consider bringing in professionals instead of maintenance. I love living at Clairmont at Farmgate. The amenities are very nice and always clean. The neighborhood is especially for a good walk in the evenings. Maintenance is generally quick to respond and Kiwana and Jessica are always friendly and very helpful.
