This property was so beautiful when I went out to visit the staff was really nice to me especially Mrs. Jessica she answered every question that I had for her. But I really enjoyed the tour of the property. Very well organized and kept.

I've been at Clairmont for two years, going on three and I couldn't imagine being anywhere else for a variety of reasons, but the number one being the staff. I'm really big on warmth, good energy, and hospitality -- and everyone I've encountered since being here has been helpful, friendly, and warm.

I moved in a little over 4 months ago and I love my apartment. It's spacious and exactly the right size. The management team is wonderful. Right from the very start, management help make my move-in hassle free. Kiwana was extremely helpful and communicated with me constantly until everything was taken care. I have had a few maintenance request but everything was taken care of promptly. Maintenance was friendly and efficient. Even though I keep my apartment spotless, I have seen a few roaches but that's the only issue that... read more

My AC went out in my apartment and both Frank & Freeman did a wonderful job in repairing my unit. I work from home some days and I’m on the phone making calls. They didn’t cause any disturbance. Both gentlemen were extremely professional and even placed a small window unit in my bedroom which was a life saver!

Clairmont is an awesome place to call home. From day (1) the office staff & leasing manager showed us the model, then guided us on the web site to select a unit, to fill the application , and pay the fees. This has put our name on the unit, pending the approval. Once we’re approved, we were informed, and the professional guidance continued, we got our welcome letter that listed the steps forward. It was a breeze and we moved in. We are truly happy, and I strongly recommend Clairmont.

Kudos to the Leasing Manager and Office and maintenance staff is very attentive and courteous. " I really like my apartment home." The rent at this time is "very affordable." It so far been a safe comunnity and I plan to be here. However living on the bottom level has it disadvantages when you have tenants that live over you who use their apartment as a playground. This property do not have a playground so the energy of some of the tenants' children use the home for that!! Other than that I would definitely recommend th... read more
