Mrs. Jessica and Mr. Frank have been helpful during our move-in process. Jessica, was very attentive and professional when she assisted us with the paperwork process. Frank, has fixed minor/major maintenance issues for our apartment. Moving to Clairmont, was one of the best decisions we've made, and we're 100% satisfied with the professional staff, our neighbors, and the apartment complex!

We have lived here for 4 years now and have had no major issues. Maintenance requests are completed promptly, office staff is friendly and helpful. Kiwana has been very helpful on many occasions.

This property was so beautiful when I went out to visit the staff was really nice to me especially Mrs. Jessica she answered every question that I had for her. But I really enjoyed the tour of the property. Very well organized and kept.

I've been at Clairmont for two years, going on three and I couldn't imagine being anywhere else for a variety of reasons, but the number one being the staff. I'm really big on warmth, good energy, and hospitality -- and everyone I've encountered since being here has been helpful, friendly, and warm.

I moved in a little over 4 months ago and I love my apartment. It's spacious and exactly the right size. The management team is wonderful. Right from the very start, management help make my move-in hassle free. Kiwana was extremely helpful and communicated with me constantly until everything was taken care. I have had a few maintenance request but everything was taken care of promptly. Maintenance was friendly and efficient. My AC went out in my apartment and both Frank & Freeman did a wonderful job in repairing my unit. I work from home some days and I’m on the phone making calls. They didn’t cause any disturbance. Both gentlemen were extremely professional and even placed a small window unit in my bedroom which was a life saver!
