Maintenance always responds to work orders in a timely manner. Professional and courteous staff. I’ve been a resident for almost 4 years now.

Monet assisted me the day I toured. She was pleasant, personable, and very knowledgeable of the area. The amenities at Clairmont, while not over the top, are more than adequate to meet the needs of residents. Clairmont is snuggled in the quaint and quiet area just between Guess Rd and Hillandale Rd. You won't feel like you're in an apartment complex, but simply one of the neighbors in the established neighborhood. Thanks for a pleasant tour, Monet. Keep up the great work!

Had a minor issue. I needed a new air conditioner filter and it was taken care of promptly and efficiently. Maintenance crew is great. 👍

A great place to live. My wife and I have been here for just over a year and we are very happy. Office staff are pleasant and very helpful. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly. The maintenance staff are professional and always get the job done. The pool (open from May to September) is crystal clear and a nice to relax especially when Carols is on duty. A very friendly man who makes sure everything at the pool is in perfect condition. This is a really nice place to live.

I've been in my apartment approx. 4 months now. I wanted to live here a couple of months before submitting a review. I started looking for an apartment in Dec. '23.....first time I've been in one since 1976...lol I met with Monet back in December and she became familiar with what units I'd be interested in....when she called me in February of '24 I was surprised.
