Excellent place to live. We had a wonderful time living here and utilizing all the amenities within. Safe and secure. Staff is super supportive and maintenance crew always do a good job whenever help is needed. Very close to Duke and lots of shopping area around, it's very hard to not live there so go ahead and rent it.

My wife and I needed to move quickly and Monet showed us a few apartments and spent time with us. We liked what we saw and went to a few other appointments but came back the same day to start the process. She was very helpful during it and has been very helpful since. Highly recommended.

I am writing a letter of gratitude and praise for Monet Gilliam. I live at Clairmont at Hillandale apartments. On November 22,2023 I fell in my apartment bathroom. I broke my right femur bone. I was able to get in touch with my friend. She called Monet at the rental office. Monet came into my apartment with her key. She kept me company until EMT arrived.
