Had to relocate under stressful conditions, and the management office staff at Clairmont couldn't have been more helpful. We really appreciated Jordan and Monet...Jordan stayed late on a Friday evening, before a holiday weekend, so that I could turn some paperwork in and we could get our keys to our new place. Excellent place to live. We had a wonderful time living here and utilizing all the amenities within. Safe and secure. Staff is super supportive and maintenance crew always do a good job whenever help is needed. Very close to Duke and lots of shopping area around, it's very hard to not live there so go ahead and rent it.
My wife and I needed to move quickly and Monet showed us a few apartments and spent time with us. We liked what we saw and went to a few other appointments but came back the same day to start the process. She was very helpful during it and has been very helpful since. Highly recommended.
