I've been in my apartment approx. 4 months now. I wanted to live here a couple of months before submitting a review. I started looking for an apartment in Dec. '23.....first time I've been in one since 1976...lol I met with Monet back in December and she became familiar with what units I'd be interested in....when she called me in February of '24 I was surprised. The office staff and maintenance crew at Clairmont at Hillandale are always pleasant and very helpful! Maintenance/repair requests are usually handled within one or two days and are done right the first time! I really appreciate living here!

Our application was not straightforward. We had to go through a lot of hurdles to get the lease closed. This is because we came with no credit history in the US. However, Monet was very helpful. She went above and beyond for my family to settle in. She was very accommodating to us especially my little kids. I know some things were beyond her control but she was very good with advocating for us.

The process was stress free and very quick, we just told them that we are moving next week and the next day we are approved for lease, shoutout to Monet for being there and helping us through the whole process. The apartment unit looks pristine and we love it.
