The office staff and maintenance crew at Clairmont at Hillandale are always pleasant and very helpful! Maintenance/repair requests are usually handled within one or two days and are done right the first time! I really appreciate living here!

Our application was not straightforward. We had to go through a lot of hurdles to get the lease closed. This is because we came with no credit history in the US. However, Monet was very helpful. She went above and beyond for my family to settle in. She was very accommodating to us especially my little kids. I know some things were beyond her control but she was very good with advocating for us.

The process was stress free and very quick, we just told them that we are moving next week and the next day we are approved for lease, shoutout to Monet for being there and helping us through the whole process. The apartment unit looks pristine and we love it.

Had to relocate under stressful conditions, and the management office staff at Clairmont couldn't have been more helpful. We really appreciated Jordan and Monet...Jordan stayed late on a Friday evening, before a holiday weekend, so that I could turn some paperwork in and we could get our keys to our new place. Very nice people. Very nice accommodations. Thank you!
