I think the control of pest is fine. I absolutely hate that your techs just show up without prior notice. I have expressed this concern before but it apparently does not trouble you as it does me. This was not a problem when it was Simple Pest Control. I will be checking out orher providers at this point. I find this business model rude.
I love my technician, he is very courteous and knowledgeable.
They asked me first for any concerns I had with pests and then proceeded to spray. They are always very respectful and courteous.
