If you're looking to purchase a home Mike, and Clear Path Solutions must be one of your first stops. Mike and his team made the very complicated process smooth, and easy. We knew with every house we looked at seriously, what our payments would be, and what the taxes were. Mike also worked with us to get the best interest rates we could possibly get for our loan. Mike and his team are on Fire. They aggressively find you the lowest rates and they walk you through the process step by step. They handle all the heavy lifting so you don't have too. Also, well versed in all types of loans including Veteran and Military loans. They are truly a one stop shop and I would not trust anyone else with our families future

What can I say about Mike? EVERYTHING! From the minute I walked into his office with my father his enthusiasm, intelligence and friendliness was above average. Mike and his team go above every expectation that I had. They are always there to answer any questions that I had. Everyone is always willing to slow things down and patiently explain things on a granular level. All closing costs and fees were exactly as Mike explained. Mike Rankin helped us get a mortgage to purchase our new house. He is very knowledgeable and is able and willing to take the time to explain all aspects of the mortgage process. He ran numbers for us at least 20 different ways (and explained the pros and cons of each option) so that we can ensure we were making the right choice for our mortgage.
