COIT came today after super easy scheduling my online, within the window, and cleaned my threestory carpet runner with all sorts of stains. An hour later all stains are gone and so was the super friendly rep. Highly recommended this was my first time hiring a carpet cleaner.
My Coit technician Jerry Madden did an excellent job cleaning my "way past due" carpets and floor tile. He also cleaned my luxury vinyl kitchen floor and made it look like new. Jerry was early, courteous and professional and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Jerry and Coit services. Kathy B
We hired a Coit rep to deep clean our kitchen floor tile and the results were wonderful with both the tile and the grout looking like they had 10 years ago. While the service was a bit more expensive than planned, the reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars, the results were worth it. And our rep was a friendly and very efficient man.
My husband scheduled an in person cleaning estimate for our hardwood floors, carpet and linoleum based on a referral from a neighbor. We have never had any of our flooring professionally cleaned in the 13 years we have been living in our home and our home was new when we purchased it. Madalene S. moved mountains to get Chris W. to our house before a big event the next day (and after we'd missed our appointment earlier that morning). Chris W., who worked late to fit us in, and did an amazing job on our dirty stairs and carpet, making them look like new. Kudos, and thanks, to you both!
Chris Windley came out to do estimates for grout cleaning. He was on time, professional, efficient and thorough. He cleaned the grout in bathrooms and kitchen. It all turned out great. He said "I like happy customers!" Thank you Chris!
called coit last week, as I had a tight schedule, not only did the accomidate, but the gentlemen, Dennel, that did the work was a real pro. He explained everything, did a beautiful job on our couches, and carpet, was very curtious,5 minutes early, and out in less than 2 hours. Superb! I will use COIT again,
I have used COIT for 10 ++ years. They are always on time and do quality work. I use them for both my home and my business. They clean our ducts, carpets, rugs and couches. Never an issue. I also had a leak issue the caused water damage and they were ON it! If there was ever a time when they needed to reschedule they communicated and followed thru.
How does COIT have such low reviews? I'm writing this review less than five minutes after Kytek Sasinski left my home, because COIT's Kytek was the most wonderful specialist. Kytek showed up an hour early, and he finished in less than an hour. I went to look at the carpets, and my heart leaped out of my chest. I have a puppy who had made messes all over my carpets, and I didn't have much hope for the stains to come out. Kytek removed every single stain, and my carpet looked amazing.
