Jerry Madden, the cleaning specialist working for Coit, just finished cleaning the carpets and taking the throw rugs away to be cleaned, at the household that i work for. I am so pleased with his patience and clear communication as I tried to coordinate with the house owners. He clearly laid out a few scenario's that enabled me to get my job done within the parameters and cost that i needed to stick to. Mr. Sasinski was awesome today. This was our first time getting carpets cleaned. He was professional, informative, and nice. It took no time at all for him to get started and he finished 3 bedrooms and closets plus hallway. He was nice enough to schedule air duct cleaning for us. He's a very nice guy who did a great job!

They came right on time for our furniture steam appointment and were very nice and professional. They quickly got everything cleaned, filled out paperwork and were on their way. They were also easy to communicate with and gave our commercial building property manager all the correct insurance information very quickly so we were able to schedule this. Will definitely use them again!

Dennell came and did a great job of cleaning out all my air ducts and the heat registers, which were very dusty. He was very professional, and now the house feels a lot less dusty. Will definitely use again.

We have used COIT several times in the past 10 years, and always with better than expected results. We live in Northern California, so due to the recent fires in the area, we made an appointment to have our HVAC ducts cleaned. My wife was home for the appointment. She shared with me that the gentleman who showed up to do the work was professional and very knowledgeable in his area of expertise. Javaren just finished cleaning my carpets and I can't be more pleased with the results. We have dogs so getting the rugs looking good can be a challenge. My old area rug looks new! Thank you for a job well done!

We had Jerry Madden come from COIT cleaning and clean our carpets and he was amazing - our carpet looks brand new and he was super helpful offering tips to keep our carpet looking good until our next cleaning! I will not use any other compay and when I call COIT to come back in 6 months, I will ask for Jerry! He is amazing! Thank you COIT!

I have used COIT twice and both times they have been more than awesome! Shawn was the first guy that came out to clean a bathroom floor. I didn't know exactly how clean he could get it, but he got it SPARKLING and removed a couple rust stains as well. Second time I used them was to clean a shower, and Jerry Madden came out and was excellent in telling the in's and out's of cleaning a shower and keeping it in good condition. We recently had COIT come out and give us a quote for cleaning our curtains. We had two sets done. We thought the price was reasonable so we had them schedule a pick up. I can't remember the gentleman that picked up. I do remember he came to our house a scheduled. When they were ready, Nick came out to hang them back up. He hung both sets up without any problem.
