How does COIT have such low reviews? I'm writing this review less than five minutes after Kytek Sasinski left my home, because COIT's Kytek was the most wonderful specialist. Kytek showed up an hour early, and he finished in less than an hour. I went to look at the carpets, and my heart leaped out of my chest. I have a puppy who had made messes all over my carpets, and I didn't have much hope for the stains to come out. Kytek removed every single stain, and my carpet looked amazing. COIT stands by their work. If you are not happy with the service, contact them. The first technician did more than a poor job in cleaning my carpets. When COIT saw the pictures, they agreed. They scheduled a follow-up visit and fixed it. The dirt is gone this time. Almost as important as getting it perfect every time is how a company responds to a problem or screw-up. They have successfully gotten me from 1 star to 5 with their "we'll fix it" response. From grumpy to happy, thank you COIT.

My husband and I are thrilled with the work Jerry Maddan of Coit did for us over the course of a single day. Jerry is obviously an expert and brought a lost art into our home by performing each service meticulously and professionally. I had Coit clean my heating vents. The job was done badly and cost about $500. With in a few months my furnace failed and I had to call a repair service. The repair revealed that the the cleaner had not install the filter and the failure was due to the furnace being put back together improperly. The fix was quick and within the hour minimum charge. I want to be sure to thank Jerry Madden, the cleaning specialist that came to my home and did a FANTASTIC job with our carpets, hardwood floors, and THE GARAGE...holy cow. While at work, I checked in to see how the job was coming along and was advised that "he is working his a$% off" LOL - Upon coming home from work - the proof was verified and the job was impeccable. Called got the appointment day i needed. He was late but did an amazing job. I was expecting my 30 year carpet to be as good as it could get, however, it looks like new. JERRY MADDEN did a fantastic job. Moved the furniture i could not move & then put it back with little coasters on all the feet that touched the damp carpet. It was dry by the next morning. VERY HAPPY !!!! Thank you Jerry.

Hired them to clean our tile and grout throughout our home and couldn't be happier. It's like we have a new floor! Ask for Jerry-he is professional and pays attention to details. Seriously-if you need something cleaned, don't wait-call COIT and ask for Jerry-you will not be disappointed.

Just had my Heating and vents cleaned and what a difference it makes. The work was done by Roberto and he showed me what came out of my vents and wow. I could not believe it. Roberto was very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you
