Javaren just finished cleaning my carpets and I can't be more pleased with the results. We have dogs so getting the rugs looking good can be a challenge. My old area rug looks new! Thank you for a job well done!

We had Jerry Madden come from COIT cleaning and clean our carpets and he was amazing - our carpet looks brand new and he was super helpful offering tips to keep our carpet looking good until our next cleaning! I will not use any other compay and when I call COIT to come back in 6 months, I will ask for Jerry! He is amazing! Thank you COIT!

I have used COIT twice and both times they have been more than awesome! Shawn was the first guy that came out to clean a bathroom floor. I didn't know exactly how clean he could get it, but he got it SPARKLING and removed a couple rust stains as well. Second time I used them was to clean a shower, and Jerry Madden came out and was excellent in telling the in's and out's of cleaning a shower and keeping it in good condition. We recently had COIT come out and give us a quote for cleaning our curtains. We had two sets done. We thought the price was reasonable so we had them schedule a pick up. I can't remember the gentleman that picked up. I do remember he came to our house a scheduled. When they were ready, Nick came out to hang them back up. He hung both sets up without any problem. I'm very pleased with the duct cleaning work that Gilbert did for me. After watching him work it became clear that the previous company who cleaned the ducts did a very poor and incomplete job. Gilbert was kind, professional and did a proper and complete job. Thank you, Gilbert!

We had almost all the carpets in the house cleaned last week and they look amazing. Our technician, Jerry was prompt, courteous and extremely thorough, taking extra steps to make sure all the corners and traffic areas got the attention we needed. Some of the rooms have carpet that is a bit old but they look like new right now. We also got an estimate to clean our hardwood floors which we intend to do soon. I'd highly recommend Jerry for your cleaning needs!

I had my sofa and loveseat cleaned today and Jerry M. was my specialist. He was very courteous and he arrived within the timeframe that I was told! He did a wonderful job! My sofa set feels new again! I will definitely reach out again in the future :)

I needed our tile/hardwood floors & upholstery cleaned, so I called Coit because I'd used them before. A Coit estimator from the Burlingame HQ arrived soon after, examined the premises, and gave me a quote. A week later, Jose & Steven of the HVAC crew arrived on time and did excellent work. Jose pointed out that my furnace filter was the wrong type, so I later replaced it. A few days later, Nghia & Yobany arrived to clean the floors & upholstery.
