I needed our tile/hardwood floors & upholstery cleaned, so I called Coit because I'd used them before. A Coit estimator from the Burlingame HQ arrived soon after, examined the premises, and gave me a quote. A week later, Jose & Steven of the HVAC crew arrived on time and did excellent work. We were looking for an estimation of air ducts and dryer vent cleaning of our new home. The funny thing being we didn't initially reach out to COIT; a technician from another cleaning firm looked at our heat pump system and where the dryer vent going out, and decided that they couldn't do it, and recommended us COIT, as only them have the right equipments for our home. We had COIT come out and clean our upholstered couch and chair after providing an estimate over the phone. Our tech was J. Madden and he was on time and very professional throughout the process. Our couch and chair look brand new and I would definitely recommend Mr. Madden. He did great work.

Excellent customer service. The quote was very reasonable and they were quick to respond. Gilbert came to the house and was 100 % professional . He was very helpful and patient when explaining about the air ducts. He took his time and did a good job cleaning the air ducts. We couldn't believe how much dirt and dust came out. He was very nice went the extra effort to make sure we were happy with the work and helped us get our ducts in efficient operating condition. Would definitely recommend.

We moved several months ago. The movers put down some plastic with adhesive on the back so that it stuck to the carpet. When they took it up it left some adhesive on the carpet which then attracted all the dirt as we walked through the house. In addition the movers got grease on some of the pillows on our couch. Coit came out and gave us an estimate period a couple of days later Jerry Madden arrived and did an excellent job in cleaning and answering all my questions. What excellent service!

Great job cleaning water damaged travertine tile throughout the house. The rep Jerry Madden was well educated on what needed to be done to restore and clean my tile. Great outcome!

Coit came to my home on10/29/18 and did a great job. Their employee HVAC Cleaning Tech Gilbert Grijalva came to my home on time and explained to me everything that he was going to do from the begining to the end leaving nothing out. He explained and showed me what steps he was going to do and how it was done which made me feel at ease. He was very polite and professional. I would recommend Gilbert to anyone who needs HVAC Duct cleaning done. He did a great job! I give him 5 stars for his great Customer Service!

I called Coit in Burlingame, CA to come clean the carpet. On the day of the cleaning a wonderful person named Chris Windley arrived and I showed him the areas that needed cleaning as well as a bedroom a roommate left with 3 red stains and a bad smell. Chris said he might not be able to get the red stains out but the addition of a deodorant added to the cleaning solution should help the smell in the room. I was so very pleased with Coit and the salesperson Tony. He came out, gave me a fair quote, came to pick up the items to be cleaned when he said he would. He even texted me when he was close. My oriental area rug came back bright and clean and free from pet smells. When Tony returned to replace everything he came with Darian and the 2 of them were very profession and helpful. Everything was put back in place perfectly! I would definitely use them again!
