I had Nghia Nia come out to my house and clean my natural stone. It was really dirty! I didn't think it could be restored but took a leap of faith. Nghia so exceeded my expectations. The stone looks completely clean. He also sealed it and caulked an area in the bathroom. As an added benefit, he was so nice and professional. A real pleasure to meet. Now I'm not embarrassed about my entryway when people come visit!

Great work done and such good service! Chris Cleveland came out to do a much-needed carpet and furnace cleaning for us and did so speedily, thoroughly, and with great professional courtesy. Would recommend to anyone with the same or similar needs and will definitely be in touch the next time we need to get cleaning done - likely requesting Chris specifically!

I used COIT for the first time and they exceeded my expectations. The call center was great about communicating ETA and my service technician, Danny went above and beyond. He removed stains in both my carpet and tile which I thought were permanent. I would highly recommend COIt and will use them again.

Amazing!!! Denzel was on time match the quote that they gave me over the phone extremely professional. After ten years and three kids on this carpet he was able to disinfect and clean my carpets so well that I created a Yelp account just to leave my own review...excellent customer service thank you Denzel, you have my home look new again!!!

This is the first time we are using Coit. We had seen the commercials, but never really thought about using their services. My wife wanted to get air ducts cleaned. Chris Cleveland was the technician doing the work. We are very happy with his work and how he took the time to explain everything in simple terms. This is one of the employees that give the company a good image since he is representing them. This also shows how the company is hiring good employees to do the work.

Mike Smith was amazing - professional, courteous, honest - and went above and beyond doing great work in quick time. Mike cleaned our dryer vent out, and explained ahead of time each step he was going to take with a clear price up front based on the time required to do the job right. He cleaned the vent pipe, the extra fan, and the fan section of our dryer. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Coit for hvac/air duct cleaning. Ask for Mike Smith, he is the best! He was extremely thorough and listened to my concerns about my pregnancy asthma. Mike took his time and made sure everything was done thoroughly and properly which I really appreciate!!!

5 stars for general service and a major shout out for the specialist who came to clean the ducts today at our newly purchased house in Kensington! His name is Chris Cleveland. He's relatively new to the job but does excellent work: careful and fast, plus he's easy-going and very responsive to questions, making sure everything is working, etc. Ask for him by name, I found him quite superior to other duct cleaners who have come to my houses in the past.

I've used COIT a few times for carpet cleaning and duct cleaning. They are more expensive than smaller local companies for carpet cleaning but they did a good job. Very impressed with the duct cleaning. Mike Smith went above and beyond in thoroughly cleaning out all the ducts, dryer vent, exhaust fans and changing my furnace filter. Great job!
