I have always used COIT! Staff is very courteous and knowledgeable! They are especially great for your upholstery cleaning. We have a Haitian cotton blend chase lounge that we love. The only company we will allow to clean it is COIT.

I have used COIT for years both in CA and AZ. I had carpets, upholstery and area rugs done this time. I have had tile cleaned before also. Miguel and Adrien were very respectful of my home and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction before leaving. You pay a little more for COIT but the quality of service is definitely worth it.

Rick was great! After our original duct cleaning we noticed drywall dust coming out of our HVAC vents. Rick came out to investigate and found some areas that needed to be redone. Waited about a week to be sure but, the problem is gone. Appreciate Rick's knowledge and and care when working in our home..

Aaron Farley does a wonderful job cleaning my carpet and grout between my tile. He's thorough, friendly and on time. I have requested him several times and always been pleased with his work.

I am very happy that Akil Abdullah was assigned as my technician today. The attention to detail was impressive and appreciated! He invited me to check his work and if any areas needed another pass, no problem. He was VERY thorough though, so I will definitely request him next time!
