Today we had the most meticulous, skilled young man in our home to clean our long overdue air ducts. His name is RICK. Rick is no stranger to our home; only a few months ago he arrived to clean our refrigerator coils, and I remarked that he was a perfectionist in every way, meticulously cleaning and showing us the before and after. Today I had Coit out to evaluate my air duct system with a new service they offer called aero seal. My home was built in 1986 and I wanted to see if I could perhaps improve the efficiency of our home, especially with the latest SRP rate increase. Coit confirmed the appointment the night before, and the crew arrived right on time this morning.
