Aaron F. is a professional. He arrived on time for our appointment. He gave us a time frame and a care plan for the hours following the cleaning. He had great customer service and he was finished in no time!
I am very happy that Akil Abdullah was assigned as my technician today. The attention to detail was impressive and appreciated! He invited me to check his work and if any areas needed another pass, no problem. He was VERY thorough though, so I will definitely request him next time! I'll also add that this visit was COIT fixing an issue created by a FORMER employee AND from several years ago so...COIT has my respect as a business that operates with integrity and compassion for their customers. Rick did so good my carpet look like new my rug are fresh looking he was very nice he did wonderful job would use in the future have a good one
i just had my whole house carpets cleaned & I've never seen them look like this! Aaron is knowledgeable & hardworking - he made stains disappear that I thought were permanent. I highly recommend Aaron. Great job!
