I have a chair with a difficult fabric (don't ever let Pottery Barn talk you into linen - especially off white linen!). Stanley Steamer wouldn't touch it ("sorry this chair can't be cleaned by anyone"), Zero Res wouldn't touch it ("won't touch it - you should just get a slip cover"). Don't bother wasting time and money on other carpet cleaning companies. CALL COIT at 480-967-1988 and ask for Shawn McLaughlin! He made miracles happen here. NO ONE ELSE compares to his professionalism, honesty and his pride in a job well done right from the start. I am so grateful to him for helping me. We were able to reschedule the estimate for the following week. This time I got a call beforehand to know when to expect him. The price they quoted as very reasonable and were able to come out Saturday morning and clean the downstairs carpet, stairs and upstairs hallway. The Berber carpet was in pretty bad shape from the previous owners and seven years of a sick cat who frequently had accidents. We have been using Coit to clean our carpets and tile for over five years. They are always professional, efficient, friendly, and timely. Yesterday the cleaning specialist who did our carpets was Jim Porter. He called in advance to let us know he was on his way, arrived on time, and left our carpets looking great! You guys - nesting is in full swing! This baby will be here any day so my husband and I have been scrambling to get the house as clean as possible. In the past, we used Coit for duct cleaning and had a great experience but this time, we had them come to steam the carpets and couches. HOW HAVE I NOT DONE THIS BEFORE?! I recently bought a good quality area rug that had been a floor sample. When it was delivered, I was worried I had made a big mistake. It was so much dirtier than it looked in the store! I called Coit Carpet Cleaners who I had used before. The rep picked up the rug, told me what they would do to clean it at their factory and promised it would turn out fine.
