Adrian was very professional and listened carefully to my requests. He did an outstanding job in a timely manner.
We have used Coit carpet cleaning for about 10 years. They do a quality job both on our carpets in the house and the area rug that they take to the shop. But more importantly, they're knowledgeable and respectful and helpful during the onsite carpet cleaning and pickup and return of our area rug. The area rug returned this morning, looks brand new!
Business response:
Thank you for your continued trust and loyalty over the past 10 years! There is no greater compliment than having the opportunity to serve customers year after year. We're thrilled to hear that you've consistently been pleased with both your in-home carpet cleaning and our area rug cleaning service. Knowing your rug came back looking "brand new" is exactly what we strive for. We also appreciate your recognition of our team's knowledge, professionalism, and respect throughout every visit. I have always used COIT! Staff is very courteous and knowledgeable! They are especially great for your upholstery cleaning. We have a Haitian cotton blend chase lounge that we love. The only company we will allow to clean it is COIT.

Specialty upholstery, especially delicate fabrics like Haitian cotton blends, requires the proper knowledge, care, and experience. Rick was great! After our original duct cleaning we noticed drywall dust coming out of our HVAC vents. Rick came out to investigate and found some areas that needed to be redone. Waited about a week to be sure but, the problem is gone. Appreciate Rick's knowledge and and care when working in our home..
