Miguel refinished our granite countertop and our marble countertop. The marble was damaged, requiring restoration. Miguel was thorough,friendly and did a wonderful job on everything. I didn't think the marble could be repaired but he worked a miracle. Thank you so much!

We had a big job done; all carpets plus several pieces of upholstered furniture. Jim arrived on time and tackled the whole job with efficiency and a pleasant personality. He managed to get out some old pet stains which was great. The place looks and smells clean. Excellent job!
I have recommended COIT carpet cleaners several times over the years for various clients. Each time the crew have done an excellent job. My mom is a very heavy smoker. She's moved to California with me (from Surprise, Az) and is selling her house. We could not get the smoke smell out (new carpet, paint, appliances. I called COIT to get the air ducts and tile floor/grout cleaned. Philip was out there 2-days later. He called and said the smell was very strong and in addition to the cleanings he would add a heavy deodorizer. After 8-hours he was able to get it taken care of. Just moved into our new home. When the previous owners moved out, the movers left grease stains on the bedroom carpets probably from the dolly they used. Rich from Coit came out this morning and voila, the stains are gone. The house also smells so good! Rich was very professional, courteous, and practiced all Covid protocol. He showed up promptly as scheduled. And did the cleaning expeditiously. We'll certainly will use Coit in the future.

This past Friday we decided to go with Coit for our cleaning of carpets. Week prior, salesman came out for estimate, very nice and professional and observed safety protocals. very upfront with estimate. appointment was made, told between 8 and 9 am show up. precisely at 810am I was called and told they were on their way, will arrive in 35 minutes. 2 guys arrived exactly on time, dressed in safety gear. Michael (Adam) was amazing! We moved into a house with disgusting tile and grout floors. I didn't realize stone could smell bad until Michael worked his steam magic and the floors are beautiful and the house smells great. Coit will be my only call for future cleaning. It should be your only call too.

Ssssooo this is the second time we have used COIT. They never cease to impress Markus showed up and was ready to rock. We discussed what we needed and received a fair quote. He got right to work. Markus was constantly busy. Prepping the next area while waiting for the current area. He was constantly moving the entire time. He was at our house for 4 hours. I called Coit after I moved into a house that had carpets that are over 36 years old. Instead of tearing them up and replacing them, I decided to take a shot at getting them professionally cleaned to see if they can look new again.
