I recently bought a good quality area rug that had been a floor sample. When it was delivered, I was worried I had made a big mistake. It was so much dirtier than it looked in the store! I called Coit Carpet Cleaners who I had used before. The rep picked up the rug, told me what they would do to clean it at their factory and promised it would turn out fine. We used COIT for the first time today, and we couldn't be more pleased! Brandon Sweeney was early, which was AWESOME! Beyond that, he was so friendly and knowledgeable. We had a large area of carpet, & tile and grout cleaned this morning. It's been several hours and, WOW, the carpets honestly feel like new! The tile looks incredible! We are so happy with the work performed here today, and will definitely request Brandon when we call back for service in the future.

Andrew and Juan were awesome! They gave my a heads up before they arrived and quickly gave me a quote. I even got a new customer discount! They were both extremely professional and got the cleaning done quickly and efficiently. My furniture looks brand new. Juan even helped my mom and I as we were putting together furniture! Would definitely use these guys again.

I need to talk about Marcus Jones. He cleaned my carpets on 3/27/2018. I see from the reviews that he is an excellent employee, and I want to make sure you know what a treasure he is. First, Marcus gave me a courtesy call when he was on his way, and he was on time. Then as we did the walk thru he not only listened, but he took notes and asked additional questions about what my needs were. After posting my review and emailing COIT I was called by Leslie in about 20 minutes. She took the time to listen to my entire ordeal and was very understanding, not super defensive of the company but actually cared about me as the customer. She arranged a new Sr Tech to come out and filled in the area GM on my situation; they scheduled a re-clean for last week and did a MUCH better job. 3 wool area carpets cleaned and perimeter binding repaired with great results. Very professional work and carpets removed and reinstalled with care. Great price and quick turn around. It doesn't get better than Coit!

I chose Coit from hearing the ads on TV. I had worked with another cleaning company previously and was not satisfied so I thought I would try Coit. They were running a 40% discount which made it even more appealing. Marquis, the technician that came out to clean my carpets and area rug, was not only personable but professional. He did an excellent job removing the stains. I would highly recommend Coit and will definitely use them again.
