I recently had my carpets cleaned and it was amazing! Sean and Ruben were a great team and answered all of my questions and took care of my concerns before getting started. It was a great experience and my carpets look wonderful!

Jim Porter did an excellent job cleaning our couch and did it very quickly. He seemed to handle the job more easily and more quickly than some of the other techs from Coit, though all really got the couch looking good by the time they were done. He's friendly and personable. Arrived at 11 AM given a 10-12 window. Another excellent job by Coit. We always use them. Given the various reviews I see here, we've apparently been fortunate to have good workers who arrive on time.

Although all looked good after the initial cleaning, I learned later that the pricing was not as good as I had thought. In addition, the carpets in two of the rooms did not go back to being flat and ripples were left after they fully dried that I had to call another company to stretch the carpets. I've learned that there are better companies in the area to do this work in the future.

You could not ask for a better experience of tile, upholstery, and carpet cleaning. Two people, Kurt and Alex, showed up on time and completed the job in less time than expected. They were very courteous and communicated thoroughly to understand our expectations. They even rotated a large area rug for us. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

I've used Coit for years and have never been anything but extremely pleased. I've used them at my home and with 2 large dogs who are often outside playing, my carpets were hideous. Almost to the point I was embarrassed to even have them cleaned. I couldn't believe how great they looked! This weekend they just did my commercial office tile floors. I tried to use a small town guy who charged me 3 times the price (yes 3 times) and did the worst job. They looked terrible so I called Coit . They took really good care of me... read more

I have used Coit several times to clean my carpets. Ruben is my tech and he has always done a first rate job. I live in Sun City and have used many different companies through the years and found that Coit did an excellent job. The price was fair although not the least expensive and I do get a scotch guard through the heavily traveled areas only. We have never used COIT services before and decided to choose them for air duct cleaning. Jonathon provided a 30-minute courtesy phone call prior to this arrival, which was within the timeframe promised. He explained the cleaning process. Although we haven't had our heating or air conditioning system on yet, we anticipate less dust. We're considering other COIT services.

Had our tile and grout cleaned . . . kind of. The technician was over over an hour late AFTER the 4 hour arrival window given to us. Wanted to drain his tanks in our septic system because his tanks were getting full. He was sloppy, leaving water on our wood floors and the grout just wasn't that clean in spots. No detail cleaning at all . . . if the machine couldn't get it, it didn't get cleaned, like the corners and along the baseboards in spots. I would suggest finding another company. We have a house which we only rent out during the winter months and we've had Coit come in to clean the carpets every year for the past 2 years. I made the appointment the week before they were to come out. They called me the day before to verify the appointment. This time Jim Porter with Coit came out to clean and treat the carpet and he did an excellent job. Hope to get him back next year.
