We scheduled an appointment with COIT just a couple of weeks in advance which was seamless. Megan was very friendly and great to worth with over the phone. The day before our cleaning we received a confirmation call from Megan stating the timeframe in which our specialist would arrive, which was helpful in preparing us. Could not be happier with the service and the cleaning from Coit. I've been married for 20 years, have 3 kids, dogs and cats so I have used carpet cleaners in the past. I decided to try Coit this time for my before the holidays cleaning. I am so upset that I didn't use them sooner!! The two gentlemen I worked with could not have been better or more professional. This is the 4th time we've used COIT. They are fantastic, the technicians are always on time, courteous, professional and leave things clean and refreshed! We had several area rugs taken to be cleaned, also, and these were brought back in excellent condition. We'll be calling COIT back next October and will definitely recommend them. Bill T., Phoenix

This was my first experience with Coit. I was completely amazing at the GREAT care that was taken by the tech. I had my carpets cleaned by a different co maybe 45 day earlier, afterward the carpet was a mess. I had a family member tell what a great job Coit did for them, so I thought I'd try them. Honestly my floors look like new, completely blown away. The tech began by cleaning 1/2 of the room, and called me into the room to show me the difference. It was pretty much day/night. They have good communication. They had a sale of 40% off. They charge by the square foot and the cloth blinds needed some love. They did a good job but I can't help but wonder if it is not over priced.
