Completely unprofessional. They stood me up for a scheduled appointment, then when I call to inquire if the technician would still be arriving, the bitter man on the other end of the phone gave me attitude and said that *I* was being rude! He also called me sweetie, so if you enjoy unprofessional, unreliable, borderline sexist a**holes who don't even show up, then these are the guys for you!

An employee named Marcus used deceptive practices to deceive my wife that our carpet was not treated with a protective coating to prevent dirt and staining. He used this a ploy to charge us $336 to clean two very small rooms and 2 closets. This amount is twice what other similar companies charge for similar cleaning. I would not recommend COIT. Terrible service. Wasted my time. They gave me a window of 2 hours. They confirmed the day prior. I took off work early to have this cleaning done. I sat through the window they gave me. After the window expired I phoned them. I was told by the technician that someone should have phoned me to tell me that they couldn't come. Nobody had tried to reach me!! Total waste of my time. Don't do business with a company like this.

I am not happy with Coit at all. They picked up rugs that they were supposed to clean and when I went to use them I found dirt, earrings and other items that were still on the rug. I am not going to attach a copy of the rug with the Coit Tag because it shows my address. I paid over $200 to have two area carpets cleaned and they were not cleaned. They got me, never again! My mom has had a horrible experience with this company I am not happy with Coit at all. Don't call Coit they did a terrible job, I have a very small area to clean and it didn't do the job the tech. Had all packed up before I could ask for a second pass over the shower ... we cleaned ourselves with a Brush in 5 min. I called the manager he said he would do his investigation and call me Monday 2 weeks later no call . Tech didn't wear booties on rainy day drug hoses over my floors and was very rude! When u see 2 1/2 star company believe it!!!

These people Fraudulent and malicious schemers. They estimated work that the employee Max swore was covered by insurance to my mom, then told her that she was going to have our house foreclosed through a mechanics lien if she didn't pay. No work was done, nothing was restored. These people couldn't mold restore a door. STAY AWAY!!! They are fraudulent individuals that are looking for a PAYDAY.

Possibly the worst customer service and cleaning service I have ever encountered. No follow through, no return calls! Area rug returned dirty, kept another 2 months, finally returned marginally clean. Will Never use/recommend!!!!
