I am writing this review in reference to the COIT Professionals on Springbranch. Although they were unable to remove the urine stain in my lambskin throw rug, they tried very hard to do so. I offered to pay half the usual rate as the stain was stubborn and they did try very hard to accomplish the cleaning task. Rather than take my money, the GM waived the fee all together. Edward just completed cleaning our shower. He did an amazing job. Not only was it great service but he was very friendly and made sure we understood everything that was completed. I would highly recommend him and will definitely have them back again. Frank

Gary Hamilton has been out before. We do not get our carpet cleaned as much as we should, but as usual, Gary did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend Gary & COIT.

It's been a year that we're having dilemma regarding our marble floor restoration due to its price.Since coit had a good promo we tried it.Their technicians came today( Edward Castro and Aaron),they were punctual they came before 9am,they were very pleasant,nice and very approachable.They educated me regarding the problem with our floor and gave me tips on how to maintain it and where to buy those products. Craig Patterson a Coit Specialist is what saved this review. Bought a house and needed carpet, tile, and ducts cleaned as well as some of the carpeting stretched. Had someone come out for a quote and set up days for services. Day one: I was scheduled for their first stop but that didn't occur, duct guy arrived on time (11) and told me before starting the carpet cleaners were running late (their appt was for 1) So he went ahead and did the ducts and the carpets. I was extremely happy with the service I received from COIT. David Reyna, the cleaning specialist who came to clean our upholstered sofa, did an incredible job! He managed to get out several stains that had been set in for several years. The sofa looked like new. He was extremely hard working, polite, and tolerated my extremely curious/yappy dog. He even let her inspect every so often! I would highly recommend COIT and David Reyna to my friends and family.

This review is long over due, I just got my insurance reimbursement check, and it reminded me of my experience at Coit, my mothers house had a water line bust and when we got back to her house we had a flood. Spoke with Ashley she's was great had someone at my house and they took the deductible with my credit card, my mom was so happy, they left fan to dry it out. Great service don't understand why so many unfair reviews. Give them a try I'm so satisfied

We also had the pleasure of meeting Jim Dominey, COIT Spring Branch Central. He was very pleasant, professional, explained everything before the job began. Once he was finished both the wife and I were duly impressed since it had been a while since we the carpets cleaned. I would recommend this company to anyone because of our recent experience with COIT cleaning services.

Had carpet and upholstery cleaned and tech arrived on time, calling when otw, did a great job in about an hour. Its VERY pricey though, even with coupons.
