A very pleasant experience from scheduling to the actual work. Jose Contreras arrived on time Monday and gave me quotes for air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning. Gary Hamilton and LaDale Callaway arrived Thursday on time to do this work. Very pleasant and courteous. They did a wonderful job and appeared to be thorough. I will use Coit again.

Coit delivered an excellent upholstery cleaning service. Jim (James Dominey) was extremely professional, helpful in answering questions and providing advice for maintenance. He did an outstanding job with our sofas.

Gary Hamilton cleaned my carpets for the third time this week. With two Rottweilers, my beige carpet gets VERY dirty. Gary did an awesome job making the carpet look nearly new, which is pretty amazing, as the carpet is 40 years old.

Excellent service! After a scheduling glitch, Gary Hamilton arrived at the time said he would. He very thoroughly cleaned our carpet throughout the house. Then, he went to the workshop to clean a sofa we are storing. I wasn't sure it would come clean, it was SO nasty. But, it looks great, now! Thank you, Gary!

Tracy Garcia came out and cleanEd our upstairs and stairway carpets. He was very courteous and professional. When he completed the work our carpet practically sparkled, it was so clean. Stains, including pet stains were removed and carpet smells fresh. We have used Coit Services numerous times for carpet, upholstery and drapery cleaning and have always been pleased with their work.

I am writing this review in reference to the COIT Professionals on Springbranch. Although they were unable to remove the urine stain in my lambskin throw rug, they tried very hard to do so. I offered to pay half the usual rate as the stain was stubborn and they did try very hard to accomplish the cleaning task. Rather than take my money, the GM waived the fee all together. Gary Hamilton has been out before. We do not get our carpet cleaned as much as we should, but as usual, Gary did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend Gary & COIT.

It's been a year that we're having dilemma regarding our marble floor restoration due to its price.Since coit had a good promo we tried it.Their technicians came today( Edward Castro and Aaron),they were punctual they came before 9am,they were very pleasant,nice and very approachable.They educated me regarding the problem with our floor and gave me tips on how to maintain it and where to buy those products.
