Gary arrived on time and we did a walk through discussing the job to be done. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, answering all my questions. His work was professional, paying attention to detail, and I'm very pleased with the results! My carpet looks fantastic. I'm recommending Gary to family and friends.

Crew showed up, on time I might add. Very courteous & professional. Didn't try to push their products on me. Just suggested some & moved on. Did the work in a timely fashion. My carpet looks great.

I bought a house from a woman who owned a cat. I'm allergic to cats. I'm not talking like a sneeze, I'm talking full-on asthma attack. And I'm not asthmatic, either. So I generally pass on the whole cat thing. So, dilemna: Cat house. Karen not wanting to asphyxiate in her sleep. Solution: Coit They did my carpet, draperies, and cleaned the duct work. Find someone else who's serious about doing the job ! I'm really disappointed with this experience. I sent very detailed pictures of the stains ahead of time and was quoted nearly $500 for the work. I even took time off in the morning to be available. When the technician arrived, he immediately dismissed the stains as "unremovable," barely made an effort, and simply rubbed one spot with a cloth as a "test." You will give these people lots of money & be left with a filthy house. Buy your own machine, clean after them and you will find out how you were scammed.. BBB Rating is FFF.. there is a reason.

this is the most dishonest irresponsible company never hired them. Their is higher when they get to your don't send qualified people to get your job done. They will send one person instead of a job that needs three they are dishonest. I learned firsthand so I am sharing please do not COIT! Stanley Steamer is here to go cleaner for your house flooring furniture etc, the best, and trustworthy, and very honest don't learn the hard way that I did with Coit!

Left my carpet wet. Put rod iron chairs back on wet carpet and got rust marks because of that. Ruined my carpet. Came to do carpets wanted to charge me for pet stains. I said no. My carpets did not look better than before they attempted to clean.

I'm still waiting for my carpet to dry two days after the Coit rep cleaned my carpet. I was assured that extraction was included with their cleaning service but it doesn't appear to be the case and was brushed off by the service technician as well as the Coit manager I talked to a day later. I do so hope that mold doesn't develop on my white carpet.

4/3/23....coit cleaners running their equipment well after operating hours in a residential neighborhood. They're generator was vibrating the neighborhood well into the night. extremely unprofessional!!
