We also had the pleasure of meeting Jim Dominey, COIT Spring Branch Central. He was very pleasant, professional, explained everything before the job began. Once he was finished both the wife and I were duly impressed since it had been a while since we the carpets cleaned. I would recommend this company to anyone because of our recent experience with COIT cleaning services.

Had carpet and upholstery cleaned and tech arrived on time, calling when otw, did a great job in about an hour. Its VERY pricey though, even with coupons.

I called the first thing n the morning. A technician was dispatched immediately, Shawn McLaughlin. He was polite and very careful in cleaning four carpet areas of my home. I gave premium wool carpet and hardwood floors. Shawn took very good care that no one would fall when leaving the wet carpet to walk on the hardwood area. This is the third time we have used Coit for carpet cleaning. We have skyways been pleased with the cost and service.

2/11-15/2014: Coit completed the following three tasks last week: 1) Cleaned upholstry on two custom made sofas, (worker: Gabriel Salgado) 2) Cleaned a large oriental run, and 3) Cleaned 1,400 sq ft of Travertine natural stone. Gary arrived on time and we did a walk through discussing the job to be done. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, answering all my questions. His work was professional, paying attention to detail, and I'm very pleased with the results! My carpet looks fantastic. I'm recommending Gary to family and friends.

I had my filthy Saltillo tile cleaned and sealed. Edward and Tracy arrived on time and went straight to work. I was not sure if I wanted an enhancer or a finish. Edward took the time to explain and show me the difference. I am extremely pleased with the final product. Thanks guys!

Crew showed up, on time I might add. Very courteous & professional. Didn't try to push their products on me. Just suggested some & moved on. Did the work in a timely fashion. My carpet looks great.
