Craig Patterson a Coit Specialist is what saved this review. Bought a house and needed carpet, tile, and ducts cleaned as well as some of the carpeting stretched. Had someone come out for a quote and set up days for services. Day one: I was scheduled for their first stop but that didn't occur, duct guy arrived on time (11) and told me before starting the carpet cleaners were running late (their appt was for 1) So he went ahead and did the ducts and the carpets. I was extremely happy with the service I received from COIT. David Reyna, the cleaning specialist who came to clean our upholstered sofa, did an incredible job! He managed to get out several stains that had been set in for several years. The sofa looked like new. He was extremely hard working, polite, and tolerated my extremely curious/yappy dog. He even let her inspect every so often! I would highly recommend COIT and David Reyna to my friends and family.

This review is long over due, I just got my insurance reimbursement check, and it reminded me of my experience at Coit, my mothers house had a water line bust and when we got back to her house we had a flood. Spoke with Ashley she's was great had someone at my house and they took the deductible with my credit card, my mom was so happy, they left fan to dry it out. Great service don't understand why so many unfair reviews. Give them a try I'm so satisfied

We also had the pleasure of meeting Jim Dominey, COIT Spring Branch Central. He was very pleasant, professional, explained everything before the job began. Once he was finished both the wife and I were duly impressed since it had been a while since we the carpets cleaned. I would recommend this company to anyone because of our recent experience with COIT cleaning services.

Had carpet and upholstery cleaned and tech arrived on time, calling when otw, did a great job in about an hour. Its VERY pricey though, even with coupons.

I called the first thing n the morning. A technician was dispatched immediately, Shawn McLaughlin. He was polite and very careful in cleaning four carpet areas of my home. I gave premium wool carpet and hardwood floors. Shawn took very good care that no one would fall when leaving the wet carpet to walk on the hardwood area. This is the third time we have used Coit for carpet cleaning. We have skyways been pleased with the cost and service.

2/11-15/2014: Coit completed the following three tasks last week: 1) Cleaned upholstry on two custom made sofas, (worker: Gabriel Salgado) 2) Cleaned a large oriental run, and 3) Cleaned 1,400 sq ft of Travertine natural stone. Gary arrived on time and we did a walk through discussing the job to be done. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, answering all my questions. His work was professional, paying attention to detail, and I'm very pleased with the results! My carpet looks fantastic. I'm recommending Gary to family and friends.
