We hired Coit to clean some expensive silk blinds when we moved into a new condo. The service person had to use OUR towels to catch the drips because he had forgotten to bring any. (We ultimately had to throw out the towels.) The work he did left unsightly and permanent spots all over our previously beautiful blinds. The company did agree to replace the blinds. i used them on a large project in my house. They did a decent job with the rest of the house but messed one room. They recognized that they made a mistake and offered me 10% off (i wish i had that in writing). The check was to be mailed to me from "corporate". The check did show up but for less than half of what they promised. i have called them several times and they just hang up on me. I wish i hadnt hired them. I would be careful working with them again.

We hired COIT to deep clean our 11 x 15 shag rug. The initial first time they cleaned the rug, the job was pristine. This was about two years ago, so then we decided to use them again. My rug experience was rated 3/5. We got the rug back, and it still smelt like dogs, and it was still matted. They took it back for free and redid it, and AGAIN it was still matted. I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT A WEEK AGO AND WAITED FOR THE APPOINTMENT AND THERE WAS NO SHOW. They said that I cancelled my appointment , which I did not do, and did not explain what happened when I called back. Don't waste your time with this company they don't care. I will not spend any more of my time going back and forth with explanations.

I accepted a bid from COIT Cleaning and Restoration to "Disinfect" my small business after one of our employees tested positive for COVID19. Their schedule was very full, so we had to wait a week for our appointment. We received a bid by email from our sales person. We phoned him back, accepted the bid as written in the bid. Total & complete waste of money. Bought a new place & had some interior work performed before moving in. As a result there were scuffs & other marks left by the workers shoes on all floor surfaces, along with dust & minor dirt from the work performed. We contracted COIT to do a "general" floor cleaning of the wood, marble & tile floors, but we have no carpet. I had my sectional cleaned they told me I would get 50% off of the quoted price but when the cleaner came to my house he said it was only 35% off even though when I called I was told 59% off by two people. Had the sectional cleaned then I saw an add on face book that said 50% off. Am still waiting for the difference to be refunded

Horrible customer service! If you're in need of air duct cleaning, please do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE COIT. The technician did a lousy job and we now have to hire another company to do the work. $1,500 down the drain. Don't expect help when you try to call the Houston branch for customer service. Pitiful!

I have two new kittens that I've had about 3 months. I clean their litter every day, and they've been great about using it. So imagine my surprise when I came home last night to find they had pooped and peed on my couch. I called COIT the next morning, told them what had happened and that the couch was cotton velvet.
