I am a construction manager for a home builder. Gary Hamilton with Coit Carpet cleaning services did a fantastic job on cleaning what I thought was mud, but was not, out of the carpet for one of the homes that I am closing next Monday. Great job Gary Hamilton and I will definitely be using you guys in the future if needed.

I called first thing this morning to see if they could do a same day carpet cleaning. Melissa helped arrange an afternoon cleaning which was unexpected but very much appreciated. Gary from Coit arrived and was so energetic and motivated. He very politely asked where my areas of concern were and i showed him. He deoderized then steamed cleaned the carpet. Coit recently picked up and cleaned two area rugs for us. The techs who came to price the service and pick up the rugs were courteous and on time. The work was reasonable in cost and done in a very professional way. We were very satisfied with the results. Linda K

We had Coit out to clean our carpets this week. I can't say enough great things about this company and especially our technician Gary! He was very professional, gave us recommendations on services, as well as gave us tips on how to keep the carpet clean after the treatment. Call Coit for your cleaning needs. We plan to have our area rugs cleaned next, and will definitely be with Coit. 5 stars all the way!

Let me start by saying this is the first review I ever left about anything. I was just so impressed with the patience of Lakonda the lady I spoke with about airducts. I know nothing about airducts and I ask a million questions and she answered them all without making me feel stupid or rushed. In a world where everyone is ready to rush you off the phone or pass the buck it's refreshing to know this company still believes in good customer service.

i had posted an issue with scheduling but I have to update. Leslie at Coit called and explained mixup. Serious kudos to Coit, and deep gratitude that they are helping me. I usually do an annual carpet clean and for three years have loved their service and Jim D. who always did a great job. Swew very relieved!

I highly recommend them for carpet cleaning! My carpets always look brand new after they clean them. Love that they call before arriving and they always come when they say they will. Great customer service!

Tracy did an awesome job, he cleaned our tile floors and left them looking like new! Great customer service will definitely recommend Coit to our friends and family.
