These guys are fantastic. Called when they said, came when they said. Results of color seal grout are well beyond my expectations. Professional, attention to detail, recommend to everyone! The price was less than a competitor who also told me they could not do my floors, bc the floors had wax buildup on them. Coit said "no wax buildup here" shaking their heads. Looks like I have brand new floors! Adding before and after pics of color seal grout. Goes into the category of BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT!

Ladle Callaway and Ken did an excellent job, showed up right on time, explained the process and showed us as they went. Cleaned 30 air ducts and 4 returns with zero issues.

I needed to get carpets cleaned in preparation for selling my home. I have two teenagers who think if something spills, the carpet is there to soak it up, which means two bedrooms had some pretty nasty stuff going on. I needed high-power cleaning. My first appointment was scheduled for the late afternoon. LaDale arrived on time and was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions and supplied me with a wealth of information on how to keep my apartment air healthy. He called another representative as well to ensure he was giving me the correct information. I would use COIT again and recommend them to anyone needing these types of services.

Gary Hamilton cleaned my carpets for the third time this week. With two Rottweilers, my beige carpet gets VERY dirty. Gary did an awesome job making the carpet look nearly new, which is pretty amazing, as the carpet is 40 years old.

Excellent service! After a scheduling glitch, Gary Hamilton arrived at the time said he would. He very thoroughly cleaned our carpet throughout the house. Then, he went to the workshop to clean a sofa we are storing. I wasn't sure it would come clean, it was SO nasty. But, it looks great, now! Thank you, Gary!

I am writing this review in reference to the COIT Professionals on Springbranch. Although they were unable to remove the urine stain in my lambskin throw rug, they tried very hard to do so. I offered to pay half the usual rate as the stain was stubborn and they did try very hard to accomplish the cleaning task. Rather than take my money, the GM waived the fee all together.
