I am very unsatisfied with our stay. Upon arrival we were “greeted” by and extremely rude and irritated young man who was probably upset because we interrupted his smoke break right outside the hotel door. He spoke to us as if we were bothering him. He was extremely unhelpful and we could not understand the WiFi code that he quickly verbally gave us. Pool was dirty filled with leaves and what looked like dirt. My parents rooms box spring or mattress(can’t remember) looked like it had blood on the side of it. My parents room’s mattress were worn out to where it was uncomfortable. Mine had water leakage from the fridge it looked like and half my mattress was shot out. Lastly, kept getting woken up to knocking or someone trying to open the door when I had a DND sign on the door already.

Pay more to stay somewhere else Bed comfort mattress wise was horrible, they had to change our rooms after we entered as our door did not lock, noisy at night and early morning coming from outside and in the hallway, my kids wanted to swim and the pool was dirty with dirt/ leaves etc. place was clean, walking distance to a Dennys and the outlets. Most likely will never stay here again.

Our room was clean but very small. It was terribly noisy in the evening and being on the 2nd floor , there. were inconsiderate guests at 2:30 am, stomping and dropping heavy items on their floor. The dining room was so crowded with a tour bus of guests, there was not enough variety of food, condiments or even ice water for breakfast guests. Left feeling very disappoointed from this stay , usually Comfort Inn's are much better than this one. We won/t be back.

Three days out of the stay, our room was overlooked for cleaning services. Towels were not switched out and garbages not emptied. That was among the usual room upkeep needs. We did call management and got towels but ONLY after calling in. One day a service clerk said the room was already cleaned since it was marked off on the TO Do list. That was a lie. The last day was extremely noisy, so we lost sleep even after calling management.

Bad Service I had asked for room service in the morning, but it was 2pm and our room had not been clean yet. When they did decide to service the room, all was done were the beds. The floors were dirty and the towels were gone.

Horrible! The beddings aren’t changed after each stay. Upon checking in, immediately, I noticed hair on the bed and pillows. From suspicion, I decided to lift the blanket since the top comforter seemed wrinkled, and dear, when I tell you it was dirty, IT WAS. There were hair and crumbs on the bed, as if the last guest was eating snacks in bed.
