Staff when i checked it was wonderful. The bed was so lumpy it sagged at tge bottom and was raised in the middle on one side and sagged on the other. I wish i had check tge bed defore coming in so late i would have changed rooms.

the property appeared to have gone through a renovation but the room did not have a place to hang your towels, a/c was noisy, coffee machine for breakfast was broken

Room given to us had so much damage, I went down to front desk to notify person in charge and they said it was okay. They knew about it. Room smelled covers were stained and dirty.

I am very unsatisfied with our stay. Upon arrival we were “greeted” by and extremely rude and irritated young man who was probably upset because we interrupted his smoke break right outside the hotel door. He spoke to us as if we were bothering him. He was extremely unhelpful and we could not understand the WiFi code that he quickly verbally gave us. Pool was dirty filled with leaves and what looked like dirt. My parents rooms box spring or mattress(can’t remember) looked like it had blood on the side of it. My parents room’s mattress were worn out to where it was uncomfortable. Mine had water leakage from the fridge it looked like and half my mattress was shot out. Lastly, kept getting woken up to knocking or someone trying to open the door when I had a DND sign on the door already.

Pay more to stay somewhere else Bed comfort mattress wise was horrible, they had to change our rooms after we entered as our door did not lock, noisy at night and early morning coming from outside and in the hallway, my kids wanted to swim and the pool was dirty with dirt/ leaves etc. place was clean, walking distance to a Dennys and the outlets. Most likely will never stay here again.
