Poor My kids And me are very because the Pool was close. And when i make the reservation the facilitis say we Can access to the Pool. The pillow was very small the bláket slippers al night. Really bad stay for us.
Poor Staff not Friendly, they didn't provide towels for each person, blankets with bad odors, poor breakfast, just an apple in a bag and a piece of bread.
Avoid included breakfast. Noisy rooms. Boxes all over the place. Included breakfast consists of a single cereal bar a cookie and an apple. That's it, while advertising a continental breakfast. Just a single small table to eat breakfast for every one Tonnes of boxes all over the place making the lobby useless. Air compressor noise all night long in the room.1
This is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at, never again! I wound up leaving at 3:30AM and driving 2 1/2 hours home, without any sleep, because there was so much noise on the floor. People had their doors open and were playing music so loud, there were people yelling across the hallway. The front desk person came up at midnight, after I called them, and asked them to keep it down, 10 minutes later it started up again. The loud noise started at 10PM and were still going when we left. Disappointing There was food in the fridge upon arrival. There was no iron, we had to go downstairs to get one. Breakfast was supposed to be included and when we went downstairs right at breakfast time, we were told they were out. And no substitution was given such as voucher. How do you run out of food so early and not have a plan b. Also, staff was not at desk, we had to ring bell and wait.

Fair Our rooms tv didn't work. Staff could not get it to work so he changed our room. Had to call again because no towels in room. We traveled far and we were tired. Very inconvenient. No breakfast provided.
Disappointing It was advertised as offering breakfast…….breakfast was a brown bag with a cereal bar in it, hardly breakfast, very deceiving
