Said I could use laundry and it was broke, he never told me that, RV didn’t work, ice maker didn’t work

Check-in guy was inexperienced but nice. Check-out woman was terrible, uncaring, and doesn't deserve to work in the service industry. She had no interest in communicating with the Expedia team to resolve our issues with DOUBLE PAYMENT. Room had many broken items (fire alarm, shower), and overall feel was dated. Breakfast was a joke. Only thing good about the hotel was location. I had low expectations coming in, but was still severely disappointed.

Worse hotel First room not clean second room now lights third room fridge not working till 4th room not a good experience ..

Clerk was dis-interested, the room was not ready ( had to move me to another room), spots on the hall wall needing painting, fawcet in the bath tub dripped.

No wifi connection and no free computer in lobby, all hotels have free hotel lobby computers currently! Also, the whole place was so full of fireman that there was no room to park and there was "beeping" from vehicles at all hours of the night. The breakfast was very disappointing. The room was roomy and clean, that is the only good thing about our visit. Just overall disappointing.

Keep looking We were given the key to someone else’s room luckily they were not in the room when we opened the door. Staff quickly gave us a different room. We asked for more towels and pillows. We were told they had no clean towels and we were given the pillows we asked for. The bed skirt was visually dirty. The one positive I can say is the continental breakfast was good.

Worst hotel experience Front desk check was unprofessional, he was giving me a hard time when I asked for a receipt to confirm that I checked out of the room. Room was dirty. The blanket was dirty. There was what looked like toothpaste smear on it. On the other bed the blank has holes and red stain marks. This made me doubt they even changed the bedding between guests.
