Bad wanted to take license and bank card to keep until we checked out at first location
Horrible place horrible staff Lying staff . They say it's Booking decision to refund me for the difference , and Booking are saying it's up to the motel to refund me for the 3 nights I haven't used + the $394 fraud charge ! I got ripped off . I paid $955 for a week. Checked out after 4 nights , doesn't want to refund the difference , instead of a refund they charged my card for another $394 ! Please make sure they refund the $394 or a lawsuit will be generated !

Just plain horrible No staff at front desk because she was on her phone I jad to push the bell like 10 times in a row to get jer attention, this was after I rang it 3 times and said hello hello yet I can hear her whole phone conversation, she walks up in leggings and crop top with holes all over it completely unprofessional. Lobby full of boxes, our room was across the hall from their storage room we were woken up at 6am by staff banging, talking, and slamming door. Inconforme Las cobijas completamente viejas y rotas y manchadas de amarillo. Las almohadas super pequeñas, viejas y aguadas pedi mas y me dijeron que no tenian. Solo 1 papel para el baño tuve que ir a mostrador por mas. Pedí limpieza de cuarto y me dejaron las mismas cobijas y no pusieron toallas yo tuve que bajar a mostrador a buscar toallas. Liars Well when I moved out I forgot some personal things in my room and the staff lady Shamari kept them. They also used my debit card with out my permission 3times. And when we left we left the room clean never received my deposit back. The place is ok but some of the staff at front desk are not to be trusted. Beware Pay in cash not debit or credit card. Nice shower
