Staff was condescending when I called the front desk to let them know the hairdryer was not working in the room,

Room was a non smoking room that smelled like smoke as soon as you entered the door. Also the bathhroom ceiling had water damage and mold.

The property looked and smelled dirty. The carpet was stained and even worse the bedding was just as bad... Their free breakfast was not even worth advertising. I usually don't leave reviews, but this hotel was not up to par for the price of almost $400 for 2 nights...

This is a very out-dated hotel. We had a room for 4 that came with one towel. The door was covered with chipped painted. The door to the bathroom would not close. The bedspreads were stained as were the pillowcases. The beds were so uncomfortable and the air conditioner was so loud. Thankfully we had only one night here.

Nightmare Experience This hotel is a bad representation of Wyndham hotels, unless Wyndham now has very low standards. This hotel needs to be recertified, there is no way this hotel is in conditions to host guests. I should have known, the moment I walked into the lobby for check in, duc tape all over the place. Duc tape over electrical outlets, duc tape to run cables along the wall, duc tape holding ceiling tiles. I can go on and on listing things that I saw wrong. Over priced hot water temp would change in middle of our shower. They gave our King size room away we had to settle for a double queen and they would not offer any money back then scolded us when we checked out a hlaf hour late.would not recomend this place.

The front desk clerk was argumentative and rude.The shower was difficult to turn on especially when we have arthritis. We were informed that the laundromat on site was out of service so all in all, a piece of crap hotel owned by none other than greedy mideastern indians.
