Attached is a photo of a MacBook Pro whose hard drive was accidentally wiped. Computer Concepts was unable to retrieve my data, but they were able to upgrade my hard drive and memory, and copy files from a six-year-old computer. It’s like I have a brand new Mac, for less than $500. Awesome work!
My apple of less than 2 years had died! We took it in to CC and Brent worked on it. Through no fault of mine, it needed a whole new case which was going to cost over $500.00 with installation! Even tho' I did not have "Apple Care" insurance Brent told me to call Apple,(he even gave me the number), and plead my case.
