RecommendedWe are an older couple and not very computer literate. Computer Concepts first cleaned up my iPad and got it working well. A few months later, our very old Dell laptop died and we went to Computer Concepts and ended up buying a refurbished Lenovo laptop from them. The learning curve has been steep, and we have returned several times with questions. The Yorktown store manager, Alan Healy, has been patient and helpful. If he talks too fast, just say slow down.

RecommendedAttached is a photo of a MacBook Pro whose hard drive was accidentally wiped. Computer Concepts was unable to retrieve my data, but they were able to upgrade my hard drive and memory, and copy files from a six-year-old computer. It’s like I have a brand new Mac, for less than $500. Awesome work!
