The employees were most helpful when I needed to bring my phone in to be fixed. They sat down with me and took the time to show me what I needed to do to get it working again. I would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

They’re the best! They got my old Mac running after a drink was dumped into it. We thought it was a goner! They spent a lot of time on it and charged us a fixed price and even gave us a discount. Can’t recommend them enough. So glad there is a certified Apple dealer on the Peninsula so I don’t have to go to the Southside to the Apple store where you have to go through the hassle of getting an appointment. I highly recommend Computer Concepts of Yorktown. The staff is always friendly and appear to like their job and want to help you with whatever your problem is. I was at the Yorktown location on February 11 and was served by Jack H. What a charming young man. He was so pleasant. He advised me on 3 devices. I was able to leave my laptop and phone and return to get them 2 hours later. What I especially liked about Jack is I did not feel like a technology dummy. Allen and his staff are always professional. They are highly knowledgeable and always wanting to save you money by fixing your computer or phone concern, before the last resort of purchasing a new one. They also helped me hook up my son with a perfect gaming system for him that was not outrageously priced. Computer Concepts is am awesome store that builds relationships with their clients. They are one of the only apple certified repair businesses on the peninsula.
