RecommendedComputer Concepts is the best. Way better than a trip to the Apple Genius Bar because Computer Concepts knows your Mac better than the Apple Geniuses and you don't have to wait in a long line
RecommendedWe are an older couple and not very computer literate. Computer Concepts first cleaned up my iPad and got it working well. A few months later, our very old Dell laptop died and we went to Computer Concepts and ended up buying a refurbished Lenovo laptop from them. The learning curve has been steep, and we have returned several times with questions. The Yorktown store manager, Alan Healy, has been patient and helpful. If he talks too fast, just say slow down.
