RecommendedAfter the technicians at Hewlett-Packard took my 5 month old computer back to the manufacturer settings, they could not restore it.....took my computer to Computer concepts of Yorktown and had it back the next day, running like new again. Trouble with email on iPhone iPad and Mac. Dereck corrected and explained in a very efficient manner. I’ll go back for help without hesitation.
I walked in with my tower knowing i need something to help me better do my work but no clue what i needed. Talked with the techs who taught how to properly clean the dust out of my tower and told me exactly what i needed to get my job done. Two days later and brent had everything done and ready to go. Now my computer handles my job much better and i have a new exclusive computer repair shoo!

Excellent service on Apple products without all the traffic and hustle of an Apple store. They replaced my screen and I am very pleased with their work. I will definitely go there again.
Macs supposedly don’t get viruses, but this gal downloaded something she shouldn’t have. Computer Concepts found the problem quickly and I’m in love with my computer again!
